I've been watching her for quite a while now and this is completely based on observation. Her health (mental Health) clearly reflects in the videos. Idk how she's doing really, but looks like she's doing good. She looks calm, less tense, less insecure of herself, and way more confident. Happy to see her grow. 💝💝 💝

Glasses tip: Put the part of the mask that goes up the bridge of your nose under the part of your glasses that hug your nose. This helps seal the part immediately close to the glasses so they don't fog. If they're still fogging just slide your glasses slightly farther down your nose (not so far that it's plugging your nostrils though). This is much easier to show than to explain in words but I hope it helps!
Also, if the sensory of glasses bother you try plastic frames. They're much softer and don't have the stabby feeling on your nose. I have ADHD and am very picky about my glasses because they are distracting if they're uncomfortable.

With the whole "pressure to be perfect in terms of personality and character" .. I see it as pressure to have equal measures of every 'celebrated' trait and if we find that we don't share that, then we see that as a negative of ourselves. We aren't all perfect and shouldn't be afraid to admit that, I have regrets but that's ok because now I know a little bit more about myself as a person.
Thank you for coming to my TED talk ✌

Great work Taz! Your taste palate has come a long way & it's been great to see you try new things.
    I have some tips...
    1. Whisk the egg with a fork.
    2. Put couscous in a bowl & pour boiling water over so it's a few millimetres covered & let it sit while you cook the rest of your meal & then break it up by stirring with a fork (you can add a dash or oil or butter if you like prior to adding water so it doesn't stick together). I also recommend adding either seasoning or herbs of choice that compliment the main dish prior to adding the water to give it some flavour.
    3. If you have measuring cups & spoons then you can find an online conversion i.e. 150g flour = 1x ¾ cup + 3 tbsp (tablespoons)

9:15 there most definitely is a pressure to be perfect in every aspect. i’m still a student and i see how much school influences that. you have to have the best grades from every subject no matter if you have a brain of someone who’s biggest strength are humanities or science. grades define you worth, and so if you are anything less than perfect you automatically aren’t enough.

I have a similar book by the same guy. There's some good recipes in there, but I feel like sometimes he gets it down to £1 by having tiny portion sizes or missing out key parts of the meal (like most of the veg or you need to add sides). Personally, I'd rather spend £1.50 and be satisfied than £1 and be hungry or disappointed afterwards.
The good thing is that all the recipes are designed for one person so it makes it really easy to get the right amount for however many portions you need.

Omg, my favorite series from my favorite youtuber is back!
Just a couple tips for the kitchen Taz: when it comes to beating the egg, it's a little bit easier when you do it with a fork, also grams and mililiters are more or less the same, at least in the kitchen so you can measure your flour with a measuring jug (I mean you still did an amazing job with everything!). Oh and when it comes to your flask and you mentioning it being difficult to drink out of- if the straw is plastic-like you can always try to cut a little bit off, that should help.
I love you and your videos and hope your doing well!

the thing about how we, as a society, put so much pressure on people. i totally agree.
i really dislike how out society has so much expectations of us. like as children, we are literally made to choose what we want to be stuck doing for the rest of our lives. as a child, everyone wants to be a doctor, or a piolet, but noone wants to be a garbage collecter. but the true is, someone has to do the job.
(i dont know where i was going there^)
anyways, i feel like when we are kids, we are taught to be perfect. our society literally hates anyone who isnt or doesnt try to be perfect. if for example, your parents cant afford to sent you to a private school, your whole live is already basically determined.
ugh, what im trying to say is tht (sorry, im really bad at putting thoughts to words TT) our society is built aroud a specific structure. if you dont get straight A's and finish school, you are automatically looked down on and will most likely have trouble finding a job.
and i hate that. i hate that we have such little options to choose from and i hate how our society is structured.
if anyone read that and understood ANYTHING i said, wow, youre a supersrat and deserve a biscuit. here you go (:
(have a great day and do what ever the hell you want. dont confine yourself to societys expectations of you)
    ah, here 🍪

I agree with you when you said that there's a unrealistic expectation to be perfect and tbh it isn't just enforced by others but ourselves too. Just this week I had a convo with my therapist about my past regrets and how sometimes I still feel like a terrible person because of them and like I deserve nothing good and she was telling me how I need to have more compassion for myself and not listen to the punishing voice and that just because that's the only way I knew how to handle things then does not make me a bad person and people make mistakes and learn from things and everyone has things in their past that they wouldn't do now because that's growth. She also told me a story about one of her regrets and hearing her say that made me feel less alone because usually in society its like the goal is to seem as perfect as possible and pretend you've got no flaws or mistakes in your closet. It isn't real though because we aren't perfect and on our own scale each of us has made some mistake in our lives.

I totally agree with you on that people that put themselves online are more cautious about themselves. Depending on your niche too it can make people take life too seriously and forget to enjoy it. I think it also flows into everyday lift when you aren’t on camera cause you subconsciously think you don’t want to get judged and to only act how society will think is appropriate. I think for the younger generation (under 18) this can affect them growing up if they are online as an influencer etc.. as the fun is almost taken out of growing up and allowing them to “learn by mistakes” rather than being criticised for them and their mistakes looked at publicly under a microscope.

Taz - I think there is much more pressure on public people to be perfect because there are just a lot of trolls and people who are far from perfect holding you to a different standard. If they met you in person, they wouldn't be as critical. But because trolls sit behind the glass of a computer screen or phone they feel content to judge and point out everything they can find to point out. If that makes sense! Love your vids and thanks for the excerpt today. Helps me get through the day. :)

Actually this is not the right way to cook couscous . First you need to rinse it in water then let sit for while and steam it for approximately 10 min . put in a bowl and try separate the coucous grain with your hands and let it cool a little bit then steam it again . You need to do this three times , and in the end add some butter or olive oil to it so it doesn't stick to your throat

I totally agree that people like to judge harshly online as if they themselves are perfect. *No one* is. That's why I don't agree with cancel culture. Added to that though, if someone is informed on what they're doing wrong and they keep doing it/ ignore / don't take responsibility I think its good for them to be held accountable

You might want to research the effects of chili peppers on the stomach. From every medical source I have read, it doesn't do damage to your stomach. If you have Crohn's you could have IBD. Besides some short term stomach cramp or pain in some people, there are no I'll effects
