Idk how i got here ( probably because i do BJJ ) but i love ur vibe and i will give some pointers if constructive criticism is allowed. Since it's a move for self defense, it's important to have a degree of success imho.
    1) The hooks are placed properly but the upper body control is not there. You could simply push both of her arms up and away behind you and she falls on her back while you can then get on top of her and attack.
I would suggest to add a "Seat Belt" : one arm over your shoulder, the other comes under your armpit and connect tight. At this point, she's attached to you like a backpack. If she falls, you fall too but she can still adjust and attack your neck ( or other)
    2) The V shape is absolutely correct. Once settled, we usually develop the habit of laying the choking hand behind the opponent shoulder ( touching the scapula). We would then place our chin on top of it to cover it as the person being choked will try to scrap it ( that also means : her head is next to your head, ear to ear).
    3) Extending the other arm to let the choking connect to the bicep ( not her own shoulder) is indeed the way it is taught in beginner classes. She then shoves the flat of her hand behind ur head
It's great to demonstrate and explain the mechanics. But i'm afraid the "Macarena Move" ( that's how i call it) might not work unless the opponent is distracted or has no idea what is happening. Some people might have the instinct to pull the wrist of the arm down to block it. This will put pressure on her elbow if it's sitting on ur collar bone. Not exactly an arm bar finish, but enough for her to disengage and lose ur back control.
    4) It's a bit counter intuitive since we equate choking with squeezing, but i would suggest her to actually expand her chest rather than compress. For a better choke my response is quite esoteric actually : inhale deeply, open your chest, make the shoulder blades touch each other. If the hand placement is correct, you should feel the strangulation instantly. And then it is 4 to 7 seconds roughly indeed.
I'm sorry if i come accross as patronizing, but i can't help it : i love jiu jitsu and i love beautiful moves. I hope you get to discover this art more and more. Thank you for sharing this with others, the intent is really appreciated. OSS!
