I like your dinner recipes as they use ingredients I can get and aren’t overwhelming. Now I live in an apartment in southern BC here in Canada but came from the north (Yukon and northern BC)

I am currently reading 1984 (for my more challenging read), .as well as The Brothers Hawthorne (for my fun, relaxing read), which is the 4th book in The Inheritance Games series. It is my least favorite in the series, but still well written and an interesting story 😊
Can recommend Lucinda Riley's Seven Sisters series of books. Hopefully Helsinki will be on my list next year as I'm a huge ice hockey fan 🏒😊✈️🇫🇮

Hello from Canada 🍁 🇨🇦 You inspire me to make a carrot cake, as it is my favorite as well. I don’t eat sugar anymore, only adding a bit to my coffee each day. I have been able to create a low carbohydrate version that tastes really great. Such a perfect color for spring. Yours looked amazing ❤
such a tasty looking dinner, I love the wine glasses and the fact that I see you're actually drinking some wine with this meal....I see that mostly you have water, but some meals call for a good glass of wine! The cake looks scrumptious!

Hi Jen, I always watch with pleasure your videos although I am a silent follower. You asked about suggestion for books, well I just finished The Premonition by Banana Yoshimoto (my very first from her....I know shame on me!!), which I really liked it. It´s a short book, I was able to finish during my Easter holiday. I am a huge Asian fiction booklover, but sometimes I like to shake it up a little and now on my bed sidetable I have got an icelandic fiction book called Miss Iceland by Audur Ava Olafsdottir (mind my not so accurate icelandic punctuation!) which I am very looking forward to read.
