Jealous of the weather you are experiencing. Autumn is my favorite time of year but here in Greece it feels like summer, with heat and humid
LOL…Same for me in Florida. I am from Germany and after 22+ years I am so done with the constant heat.

What a lovely video! I enjoyed it immensely! Rain or no rain Finland is a beautiful country. We live in Boston, USA. The pace is fast. I believe in "stop and smell the roses". I like when we pause our life to enjoy and appreciate the life that we have. I'm a woman of a certain age. You have giving me a lot of insight. I wish I lived closer to a place with saunas. I think that I can have a "reasonable fact similarly" once my bathroom redo is completed. Many things are going on in our lives now. Both me and my husband will be having surgery in the coming months. It's not a bad thing. It will improve the quality of our lives. Thank you, Jen for being such respite in this challenging world. It’s been raining here in southwest Germany for days, so your heartwarming video just ca me on time♥️ I love your chicken soup, at the moment I like to cook Gulasch, a rich stew with beef and a dark gravy, delicious….so far my autumn was only semi good due to my broken ankle, but it’s healing now🤗 my parents and mother in law have been very sick and we just have quite a hard time, so your calming videos help me to relax and slow down with a nice cup of Earl grey ….so good to hear you take self care, it’s so important in our crazy times and to spent it with our loved ones!💕have a good week! Well it´s been raining and it´s cold in Iceland right now brrrr!!! I love rest and slowing down cus of my health and anxiety which can creep up at any time so uncomfortable. And you are totally on point with the warm tea or coffe and some treats during the dark winter months. Love your calm videos

I live in Los Angeles, California and it has been very hot and dry. I don’t like the dryness at all. Today is the first day that it is not feeling so hot and I am glad for it. Love your routine. It feels so easy and peaceful. I am going to start going to the sauna at my gym at least once per week (thank you for the inspiration). Taking care of my mental health is super important for me also. Thanks again for your wonderful video!
