Pomodoro Technique using Casio WS1600H and AE1300W Interval Timer

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method that uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. The technique is named after the tomato-shaped timer used by its creator, Francesco Cirillo. In this video I will show you how to use Casio WS1600H and AE1300W Interval Timer as Pomodoro Technique timer.

Yes, it will save the programmed timer intervals :)

Are you able to make the timer vibrate instead of beep when it goes off? Also, let’s say I want interval 1 to be 45 seconds and then interval 2 to be 15 seconds. Will I able able to go from 1 to 2 and then back to 1 automatically? On a continuous loop?

Unfortunately this watch have no vibrate feature. Check for W735H or GD350 for Casio with vibe alert :)
And, about the 2 interval continuous loop, yes, set int #1 and #2, then other intervals as 00:00, and activate the auto repeat.

Hi, I will need to add that, W735H and GD350 have vibe alert, but don't have interval timer.
They only have countdown timer, not interval timer, and also no auto repeat / loop.
