Also....HOW THE ACTUAL HELL was Bubblegum Crisis OP 1 not on the list??? I guess because it's an OVA so it doesnt count? But a few other OVA were included. Most people class that as one of the best openings of the 80s
"Konya wa Hurricane" is a classic 80s theme song (they even re-used it in the new Scott Pilgrim series), but each episode of the Bubblegum Crisis OVA had a different song that played over an early part of the episode. Basically, most people consider it more of a movie-style credit sequence than a proper TV/OVA-style "opening".
Additionally, how was freaking _Gunbuster_ not on the list? It's a goddamed landmark! The guy couldn't have dropped just _one_ of the million Maison Ikkoku OPs? Or, I don't know, maybe drop _THE LUPIN III ONE WHICH WASN'T EVEN FROM THE '80s!!?"_ And how was "Daicon IV" on the list!? Don't get me wrong I'm actually glad it got recognition, but it's not even an opening! Not unless you use some goofy loophole in the word "opening", as it was _technically_ the "opening" for a convention. I mean, honestly, how does an obscure 7-minute indie animation made for a convention - an indie animation that legally isn't supposed to even exist, as it includes characters owned by literally every media corporation in existence, oh and also the song Twilight by ELO, without consent from anyone - get recognized as an "anime opening", but something as seminal as Gunbuster left out?
Liked the list, but I was sad to not hear any Bubblegum Crisis songs. At least Kon'ya wa Hurricane and Mad Machine should have been added. Also would have liked to see the second ending to Creamy Mami, Love Sarigenaku, somewhere on there. But we all have our preferences and it is impossible to make a list that covers everything. Also, I need to watch more 80s stuff!
Yeah kinda disappointing, it’s probably because Bubblegum crisis wasn’t really a regular TV series. It didn’t even have a traditional intro, every episode had something different.
I mean, the 80's were perfect for Rumiko Takashi work. Maison Ikoku, Ranma 1/2, Urasuei Yatsura... She is the emperess for a reason. Also, Saint Seiya, City Hunter, Cobra, Cat's Eyes, Hokuto no Ken... Great openings !
@@jiayi2650 quick question do you remember when you started watching it? also what country your from? I'm curious cause a lot of these shows weren't available in English (at least officially) until the 90's
The 80s was _dominated_ by anime adaptations of Rumiko Takahashi manga. Maison Ikkoku, Urusei Yatsura, One Pound Gospel, and of course Ranma 1/2 all got anime in the 80s. Setting aside OPG which took 20 years to finish but was only 4 manga volumes long, Maison Ikkoku was the "shortest" at 15 volumes. Both Ranma and Urusei Yatsura were over 30 volumes each. There was a Takahashi anime airing every year from 1981 to 1992. Urusei Yatsura from 81 through 86, Maison Ikkuko from 86 through 88, Ranma from 89 through 92. For both Ranma and Yatsura, it was frequently 2 seasons per year, too. Then there were the movies and OVAs... Honestly, any Gen Xer anime fan knows at least one Takahashi series.
Fun fact: Urusei Yatsura, Ranma 1/2, Maison Ikkoku, and Inu Yasha were all drawn and written by 1 person, Rumiko Takahashi, and she is the most successful female Mangaka in Japan. You did not react to all Urusei Yatsura ops. There are 7 ops from the original which you only reacted to 1, and there are 4 ops from the remake which you only reacted to 2.
you really should get into more mecha stuff... I've been recommending Bang Brave Bang Bravern, but honestly, Gundam has so many good entries... he should jump into that somewhere as well. I've been having a great time with 8th MS Team, which is a shorter entry that you can jump into pretty blind.
The 80s were dominated not only by Mecha animes such as Gundam, Macross and similar, it was a period full of Romantic Comedies such as Orange Road, Yawara, as well as the famous works of mangakas such as Rumiko Takahashi, author of works such as Urusei Yatsura, Ranma 1/2 (aimed at the Shonen audience) and Maison Ikkoku (aimed at the more adult audience), as well as Tsukasa Hojo author of Cat's Eye and City Hunter, and Mitsuru Adachi author of Miyuki and Touch. We also had classic action animes like Cobra, Hokuto no Ken (Fist of North Star) which in a way influenced JoJo and of course Dragon Ball.
Regarding Urusei Yatsura. What happened is you reacted to the first two OP of the remake and then accidentally the first Op of the original. There are two more Ops of the remake out now, and you should react to the old ones proper as its own video as well. Also regarding Maison Ikkoku, the author of that series also wrote Ranma 1/2 and Urusei Yatsura, she basically is one of the most influential Mangaka's and you throw a stone at a bookshelf of Harem, Gag Comedy, Romcom, Romance, Drama, etc chances are she has some influence in a lot of jokes, character archetypes, set up, plot lines and humor. Back in her heyday she was super popular and a lot of her works cultural icons in Japan. There is a currently airing anime Astro Note which is an anime original that borrows and references a lot of her works including very Prominently Maison Ikkoku.
Finally some maison ikkoku, tho still not the full versions! And also some kimagure orange road, those are bangers! Day 149 of asking you to react to all the Maison Ikkoku openings and endings!
The 1920s through the early 40s were not much of real anime as they were mostly just attempts at doing western animation using stories of Japanese folklore and experimental animations. Astroboy in the 1950s really changed everything as Japan was slowly emerging from the war. The economic miracle in the 1960s finally brought great storytelling. The 1980s in Japan were a time of rebellion against schools as it was so strict. It was also the time of big burly muscled men that were loners. The anime of this era brought technology into play with technology based stories. There was a lot of experimentation and how far things could be pushed. The 1990s toned down the action into storytelling and the signature big eyes and cute faces that really defined the era.
@@GOTGames my fav eras are the ones that experiment most with the medium. 1995 to 2006 has probably the most experimental series storytelling wise after the success of Evangelion. It doesn't really matter if you like Evangelion or not, just that it was experimental and a success. Followed by the late 80s OVAs, really flexing animation. Followed by 70s anime movies. Followed by 2018 - current. The most hated has to be 2012 to 2018.
This guy pulled all of this out of his ass btw, astro boy started airing in 1963, and there were some great anime movies before that, particularly by toei, ghibli people like Hayao Miyazaki or Isao Takahata started with working on those movies, and learned a lot from people who worked there like Yasuo Otsuka.
Oh man Luke You need to react to the City Hunter OST It's absolutely insane (I mean it's essentially a crime not to have seen the Anime but you are backed up as you are :D) Footsteps, Angel Night, Super Girl, Mr Private Eye, Just Like Magic, Running to Horizon..... so many amazing songs for an amazing Anime And just so you know, if you react to City Hunter stuff you'll get a boatload of French fans, the series was really popular in France
For good compilation lists with more typical ratings of the 60's,70s, 80s and especially the 90s I'll recommend. Yvimarã AMVs. This is a bit of an odd list both because it includes endings and because whoever made it clearly had very specific tastes that are a bit out of the ordinary. you may have only recognized 5 but you should have got at least 7. 6:28 In English this is indeed Astro Boy in Japanese he's known as "Mighty Atom" 9:45 Legend of the Galactic Heroes. One of the most highly-rated anime on MAL, and yet few in the west have actually seen it 12:23 Hokuto no Ken or "Fist of the North Star" it makes it onto lots of compilation lists so you have almost definately heard it before 19:55 I think you missed that this was Macross and you've reacted to it relatively recently
Hi was just curious when you first watched these, and where you are from? since according to what Ive been looking up bubble crisis was the only one that was available in english until much later
@@flyingeagle3898 oh, I wasnt aware it took a long time for them to get translated. I watched them long after they had been translated, but i knew they were all from the 80s

That ELO appearance wasn't for an "anime opening". DAICON was a Japanese SF convention and what you saw was essentially a legendary fan-animated music video made for the 4th convention from what would eventually become Studio GAINAX, a powerhouse studio of the 90s and 00s (Evangelion, Gunbuster, FLCL, Gurren Lagann). In other words, I highly doubt they used the song with permission or that ELO even knew it existed at the time. Regardless, it's a love letter to Japanese nerd culture in the early 80s and is important anime history. Would make for solid reaction material too, highly recommend the Laserdisc remaster, it's easily the cleanest looking version.
What a such music, I dont know why this music is so underrated but even though I need more songs of the decade is always a pleasure heard this art of pieces
I actually never watched Maison Ikkoku but I know it's a romance comedy show. I did know the main character and it was Rumiko Takahashi show. (she was a pioneer female mangaka from in the 80 and early 90's - UY, MI, Ranma, Inuyasha are her notable works - other stuff like the mermaid forest horrors and "experimental" rumik world stuff was also well known.) I still have the OST of Legend of the galactic heroes. 3 cd set.. it's mostly classical music as they usually play those during those huge space battles where thousands of ships fought and die. BTW, another notable character designer from the 80's is Akemi Takada (kimagure orange road and patlabor) had a lot of influence of art during that decade. She still semi-active and nearly 70 years old. I have a few of her artbooks but never got the chance to meet her in person. She does illustration as well that isn't anime related - I myself was inspired by her style when I was still doing art back in college but people commented my art is more like Yoshitaka Amano, with a bit of darkness.) Those 3 people had influence today anime... and obviously their works were made into anime and there are some of the op is on this list. PS. don't mess with city hunter (he's was the lewdest character of the 80's.) or the dirty pairs (they tend to destroy planets.)... Ever. Just run.
I mean, before Cowboy Bebop, there was City Hunter and Space Cobra. Cult classics. 4:24 Hokuto no Ken? Yeah, that one is from the meme. And after that Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu? Back to back? You are killing me here. 7:00 I mean that is the reason because it was 61.5 maybe? 9:40 Yes! YES! YEEEEES!
OK, this gonna be a long one....... First off, back then that's not much done now was the prevalence of "soap opera" anime - that's why you'd hear a lot of song ballads. Nowadays, instead of anime, those get adapted to live-action _"J-dorama"_ (Japanese drama) 🙃 2:30 Of course Luke would like *City* *Hunter* - he likes to mokkori!!! (That means sexual arousal btw) 🤣 3:20 Ya gotta realize - disco never died in Japan! 🥳 4:35 He's more than a Chad - Kenshiro's catchphrase is "You're already dead" before ya even notice he already killed ya 😎 4:45 Mech toy companies were big sponsors of anime back then. The Transformers were based on Japanese toy lines Micro Change and Diaclone. 🤔 6:45 You do know that song - it's _"Alone Again (Naturally)"_ by Gilbert O'Sullivan. Kitty Records, a show sponsor, was trying to promote the song release in Japan. 🤓 7:50 That's because *Maison* *Ikkoku* is an all-time classic in Japan. Would ya believe the same manga artist who created it (Rumiko Takahashi) after *Urusei* *Yatsura* and before *Ranma* *1/2* ? It's so popular that they even created a live-action series even 2 decades later. It's the rare anime that stars adult characters who age up throughout the passing seasons (no timeskips). Luke, if you're into down-to-earth romantic comedy soap opera, ya should give it a try - the series progresses a 3-act narrative with a beginning, middle, and end.👍 9:45 And that's yet another soap opera but in spaaaaaaaaaace! 😁 17:05 Yes, *Dirty* *Pair* is a very suggestive name - ya should see how the _"Lovely_ _Angels"_ (their real name) got tagged with it. 😂 BTW, the *Star* *Trek:* *TNG* staff are big fans of that anime (and vice versa) - that's why you'd see references of it on each other's series. 17:30 The Electric Light Orchestra did not do an anime opening - it's a fan-made opening for a Japan sci-fi convention DaiCon III and IV. The amateur animators who made it went on to form Gainax Studio, renowned for *Nadia* , *Evangelion* , and *Gurren* *Lagann* 🤑 19:57 Luke, that's *Macross* ! You already made a video about *Macross* songs! 😆 25:02 It's _"Russian_ _Roulette"_ 😄 27:29 That's *Space:* *1999* that aired in the 70s by the Andersons, renowned for the supermarionation TV series *Thunderbirds* 😄 28:07 *Kimagure* *Orange* *Road* was one of the earliest completed fansubbed TV series in English - it was huge! And yes, it's also a down-to-earth soap opera rom-com 🥰 Luke, you got 6! With *Macross* ! 🤗
Also Lupin III was Lupin the Third, it's about a descendant of the legendary thief Arsene Lupin. That anime is where Cowboy Bebop got its cool, it's REALLY worth looking up Lupin III soundtrack stuff.
*rumiko takahashi* biased, i love it... *suki sa!* that one scored banger, where is everyday, where is rock the planet though? urusei yatsura had 8 openings and there were only 2 in this video and like 9 endings? and i love how fists of north star got cut before the part everyone know so many copyright victims Daicon is not anime opening it is anime convention opening mini movie, birth of studio gainax *maison ikkoku* is 2nd anime based on rumiko takahashi hit manga right after *urusei yatsura* it is a story about young widow apartment amnnager and one of her tenents university student wanabe falls in love but it grow slowly in the shadow of her former husband she is still attached while everybody else sees what is going on, and a lot of half naked akemi
Please react to all openings and endings from Legend of the Galactic Heroes! Some of them were in this video and you really liked one opening)) I can send the playlist with all 4 OPs and 4 EDs if you need!
OOOOHHHH!!! The ELO part!!! That is actually a short film titled "DAICON IV" which was made by a group of anime students who would go on to form GAINAX (Evangelion, FLCL, Guran Lagaan etc). It was made as an introduction movie for the 1983 Tokyo Anime, sci fi and fantasy convention called "DAICON". Despite being a short film for a convention made by a bunch of students, it almost single-handedly completely changed the tone, style and vibe of anime as a whole when it was launched on the unsuspecting public. It is one of THE most heartfelt tributes to anime, sci fi, fantasy and otaku culture ever made and it genuinely makes me emotional and I CANNOT RECOMMEND IT ENOUGH!!! please it is SO IMPORTANT to the history of anime!!! And it isn't a movie or tv show so I don't know if anyone would ever recommend it but please watch it!! Because it was made for a convention, the team who made it never actually got permission to use ELO's music. Which means Gainax cannot enforce copyright on the film. Meaning that there are MANY "AI upscales" of the original 16mm film print on youtube that only get claimed for the music but not any of the visuals. Again... I know this is a niche request but I am BEGGING you 😭🙏 If nobody else is gonna beg for one of the most important non-TV anime then at least I will!!
There is also a Children of Daicon AMV out there that won one of the years at AX's AMV contest. It's a send up to the original video using studio Gainax animation.
Lupin the Third part 2 aired from 1977 to October 6, 1980. Two days later and it would have made it to my first birthday. I was born in the middle of its run in 79. Personally I'd love to see you react to all the openings for Lupin the Third part 2. So far you've seen part of the first and last one. I've never seen the anime for #66 but I love that song. Back when Adult Swim Message Board used to be around and do music tournaments, that song was in the tourney at least twice. I'd love it if you reacted to the full song someday. Not surprised Maison Ikkoku was on the list so much. Rumiko Takahashi's manga and anime are usually very popular. She was also the creator of Ranma 1/2, InuYasha, and RIN-NE. Also I'd love to see you react to the other InuYasha OPs and RIN-NE's OPs.
Luke you should check out the The Legend of the Galactic Heroes OP and EDs, the remake ones(Die Neue These) are by Hirouyki Sawano mostly and the old ones are bangers. It's one of the most highly aprecciated franchises out there. Pd: You reacted to some of the old ones in this video
Luke, the show you mentioned is Space 1999, it was fun to watch. Oh, and I'm pretty sure you won not lost ... I'm pretty sure the Macross OP passed by you. You did a video on all the Macross OPs recently so you definitely heard the Macross one that you didn't seem to count. Oh, Maison Ikkoku, The Legend of Legendary Heroes, Kimagure Orange Road, Lupin the III and Cityhunter were all huuuuuuuuge anime back in the 80s. We got VHS/Laserdisc/DVD releases of both Maison and Orange Road starting back in the late 80s and early 90s, we then got Lupin soon after though it was the Lupin movies not the shows at that time. We didn't get shows like Cityhunter and Legendary Heroes until the early 2000s "officially" though many of us old-school VHS traders knew exactly where to find them. Cityhunter has had movies in the recent years (and even had a loosely based live-action, followed by an Amazing live-action of it's sequel series, Angel Heart) while Lupin is up to like Lupin 6 or Lupin 7 with 3 to 4 parts of each plus movies including Scooby-doo style team-up Lupin movies (Lupin/Catseye, Lupin/Detective Conan) as well as two spin-off series.
Fist of the north star is in my top 10 favorite of all time i love the anime but it's quite old but the manga is a masterpiece i have one of the recent reprint and wow...
Hello, thank you for the reaction. It was a great journey through memories for me, I'm particulary fond of Maison Ikkoku. I remember back than I recorded the last episode in a videotape, but reception that day was horrible and the video was like 80% static and audio barely audible, still I watched that tape religiously (after 96 episodes waiting for the resolution it was the minimum I could do). And of course I have all the openings and endings on spotify ;)
Several suggestions for openings and endings. You should definitely check out Fist of the North Star. Also, not 80's but you really need to do the Hajime no Ippo openings. Finally I once again am asking for the March Comes in Like a Lion endings.
I can never hear the Hokuto no Ken OP1 without thinking about Gintama Also i know most of these because growing uo these were broadcast on a French channel so i basically grew up on these, my favorite ones has to be Ranma 1/2, Maison Ikkoku, City Hunter, Hokuto no Ken, Saint Seiya and ofc DragonBall
Wow, I never heard of any up until Ranma 1/2 either. And for the rest I basically also only knew the ones you knew. Except I knew Cat's Eye, cause I watched the German dub on TV in the 90s when I was a kid.
I was trying to get a reaction to Fist of the North Star (Looks like it’s called hokuto no ken here. I watched in JPN but under the English name) openings for over a year before giving up. No one else knew how good they are. If people had seen them they would’ve agreed, but not many know 80s anime
Maison Ikkoku has its position in anime world. All OPs and EDs from Maison Ikkoku are super well done. Pls check them out. Also some Orange Road and Miyuki were also in my walkman those days. And you need to check out all Ginga Eiyū Densetsu(Legend of the Galactic Heroes) OPs and EDs, especially OP1-3
I think I heard that mecha shoes used to be popular because they were easier to draw with all the strait lines and no facial expressions. City Hunter is SO good! It's an amazing comedy action that I think you should at least see one ep of! You'd like Dirty Pair 😏 I really wanna know what Maison Ikkoku and Miyuki is now.
react to Maison Ikkoku anime openings and you would get 80% of the quiz. But what i really want is a reaction Legend of Galactic Heroes (the 10/10 op with random guys appearing and looking at the camera )
You really need to check out all of the Gundam series openings and endings some day, they are genuinely a lot of bangers there, you only did Which of Mercury ones and that is only one series from like around 40 or so. Also I am really surprised they chese Gundam Zeta 1 opening and Gundam ZZ 1 opening, as much as I get that "Anime ja nai" (Gundam ZZ opening 1) is quite iconic, I much more prefer "Silent Voice" (Gundam ZZ 2 opening) and "Mizu no hoshi e ai wo komete" (Gundam Zeta 2 opening), not to mention some of the endings, "Issenmannen Ginga" (Gundam ZZ 2 ending) being one of my absolute favourite songs ever. Not to mention Gundam War in the Pocket ending, which paired in the simple visuals it has is something hitting me in the feels so much each time I even hear its first notes. Deffinitely this video seemed very biased towards Maison Ikkoku, as much as I get it, I personally wouldn't put some of it's songs on this list ^^;
I did recognize 17 of the anime on the list, 10 of which I've even seen at least a few episodes of. However, it's been so long ago (some close to 25 years) that I only remember 5 or 6 of the ops/eds.
This reminds me that you need to react to Fist of the North Star/Hokuto no Ken's opening 'You Wa Shock!!' Legendary 80s series that had 2 openings on this list. If you have ever heard, "You are already dead." it comes from this series.
React to the OVA anime OP of "Bio-Booster Armor Guyver" (it came out in 1989, so its 35th anniversary!). OP: ruclips.net/video/7WHPT-zE1hI/видео.html The song is "Kyoushoku Soukou Guyver" and it's sung by Ishihara Shinichi. Guyver is a cult classic in Japan and overseas. The manga is still on-going since it started in 1985. It has OVAs, anime series, anime movies, and it's also had 2 live action movies made by the US. Hey. In this you heard a couple snippets of Hokuto no Ken (Fist of the North Star) openings. Well you should absolutely give those a full watch and probably the series to. There is curranty a new adaptation being made to celebrate the 40th anniversary. Also its funny you bring up Berserk. Since Fist of the North Star inspired that. It also inspired Jojo's. Also despite what you might think. Dirty Pair isn't called that because of 'that' kind of content. Its the nickname for the main characters because wherever they go they destroy everything. 24:42 Lupin the 3rd's anime series has been going since 24 October 1971. Part 2 just relates to it being the second season. I'm trying not to gush here, but its honestly one of the biggest franchise that the West doesn't know about. I mean its been going strong for over 50 years. Has everything from multiple anime seasons, ovas, tons of movies, a few live action adaptations, tv specials, crossovers and... Like Jesus. People think getting into One Piece is something. Try tracking down Lupin the 3rd stuff. Lol. Though its absolutely worth it dude. Broad strokes: Lupin the 3rd follows the thrilling adventures of a master criminal and his close allies. Lupin is no petty thug however. He focuses only on the most difficult and rewarding heists. Often putting him at odds with all sorts of far more wicked, evil and dastardly people then himself. Also while no saint, he has a great deal of compassion. Often leading to him putting his own life at risk for others.
Kenshiro of fist of the northstar he is the last person who would need a sword not cause he can't handle it but cause he is far more dangerous without it
Konya wa Hurricane (Bubblegum Crisis), TOUGH BOY (Hokuto no Ken), Midnight Blue (Patlabor), Soldier Dream (Saint Seiya)... So many glorious songs missing! This doesn't feel like a very representative list of the general consensus, while Rumiko Takahashi's work is an angular piece of manga and anime culture, their openings aren't discussed much afaik so I don't think they should have taken THAT many spots on the list, imho. But hey, personal lists are personal, and it let me discover a couple great ones I didn't know/remember, so that's still a win ^^
ruclips.net/video/3hnEmw0j0B0/видео.html oldtimer list Rumiko Takahashi anime openings from before urusei yatsure reboot got 80's, 90's 2000's and 2010's all from under the hand of one of Most succesfull lady mangakas active for over 50 years in weekly magazines like shounen sunday but those are anime adaptations of her work, urusei yatsura , maison ikkoku, ranma 1/2, inuyasha, rinne and some other stuff many people don't remember
ELO was used without permission for the Daicon 4 opening. Watch it for the first ever Gainex bounce. Gilbert O Sullivan supplied the op and Ed for ep 24 of Maison Ikkoku
If you are open to suggestions, then you should react to the 2 Starship Troopers anime openings, The 4 Legend of the Galactic Heroes openings and endings, the 2 Jyushin Thunder Liger anime openings, the 5 City Hunter openings and endings, and the 2 original and 3 flash openings for Dirty Pair.
That song you thought you recognize - ruclips.net/video/gU3ubk8u7dA/видео.html Gilbert O'sullivan Maison Ikkoku was a long running series done by Rumiko Takahashi. Much like Urusei Yatsura and Ranma 1/2. Rumiko Takahashi has been a major popular manga-ga during that time. City Hunter and Dirty Pair were also very popular Manga/Anime in the 80s as well. Dragon Ball also is a long running series during the 70s and 80s. Macross was well known in the US as 'Robotech'. Cats Eye is a spin off series from City Hunter. To be fair, Maison Ikkoku was romance for the most part and was wildly popular. City Hunter appealed to a lot of guys because Ryo Saeba was a pretty good gun slinger and a womanizer. But it was a wonderful series to watch at the time. The moon being sent off into space is "Space: 1999" - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Space:_1999
Since you reacted to a video that mentioned Gundam, here's your reminder that you need to do all Gundam Openings (from the list that I already gave you, ma dude) 👍
Here are some songs from Urusei Yatsura that I know you have never heard: Triangle Love Letter, Melancholy no Kiseki, Ai wa Boomerang, and Dancing Star. Some of those are from the movies.
City hunter is worth a watch as it’s a detective story although the main guy is still a prev. I know Netflix picked it up as a live action show and is working on the episodes. Jackie Chan starred in the Hong Kong movie version of city hunter which was mostly known for its street fighter parody scene with Jackie dressing as chun lee
You watched _1_ of the 6 or so openings of the 1982 Urusei Yatsura, specifically the third one... which you somehow thought was the third 2022 opening. Don't worry, you were only off by about 40 years.
I don't think you've done all the Saint Seiya openings, you probably recognize the first one because its super popular and shows up on many top anime openings videos.
42 And Maison Ikkoku was by the Goddess of Manga Rumiko Takahashi.... (same author of Urusei Yatsura, Ranma 1/2 and Inuyasha btw) It's a classic and a timeless masterpiece List missed a lot of good openings
I would really like if you could react to Decade Animash from Static Symphony. its a really good selection from 2010 to 2020 and i think you know most of the animes there
Babe doesn't mean both, it's the name of a pig that HOT TAKE is not as good as the other famous Pig of the time that had a very smart Spider friend. The other one is Bay bee which is Baby This is really all just because Bubble Gum Crisis isn't here 4:30 Fist of the North Star, absolute classic and an absolute must watch and if you're a JJBA fan you absolutely must watch it twice because it is sooooo much the more grown up grandfather of JJBA it was 6 I'm counting that first "Maybe" as a yes, the nen contract was knowing 6 anime songs, it wasn't knowing them from that opening so since it was the op to an anime and it's a known song it ticks both boxes making the total 6
They didn't. The DAICON IV animation was done for a fan convention by the people who would go on to form Studio Gainax, but they used the song and tons of copyrighted IPs without getting permission from anyone owning them. Think of DAICON IV like Super Smash Brothers, but the devs just pirated every character they put in.
I recognised 24 for sure and on like 5 or more i was not too sure as its been many years since i used to watch anime opening videos of anime i have not seen. It really helped for my count having seen all of city hunter and all Gundam anime, plus few others from that list. I was surprised at the few anime i don't recall ever hearing about which dominating the list, i thought i seen most of the big 80s anime but i guess those were not my type of genre.
Lupin III has a traditional theme that it always uses for its OPs, but with updated performances and mixes of it, along with different visuals. I strongly recommend checking out the OP for Lupin III: Part 4, it's particularly good.
No.52 is the opening for the starship troopers 6-episode anime if you're interested it's available on RUclips if you're interested in watching it also thanks for the reaction
Dougam was directed by a relative of mine. My favorite opening at the time was MU the White Whale. And my favorite anime is The Legend of the Galactic Heroes.
ELO didn't do an anime opening. The animation was fanmade by a group of friends for an anime convention, the Japan Science Fiction Convention (The 3rd and 4th hosted in Osaka, Hence "Dai" Con). The animaiton used the ELO song without permission as, at the time, it was just a fan animation so people did that. It was only after its creation and airing that it became massivley popular Daicon 3 and Daicon 4 are the birthplace of not only OVA as a thing, but also the anime studio GAINAX, which that group of friends later founded (Evangelion, Gurren Lagann, FLCL)
In City Hunter, moments like that of Kaori being teased by Ryo's permanent perversion usually ended with Kaori pulling out a giant sledgehammer out of nowhere to hit him right in the head.
This is a weird list and I have to side-eye a lot of the choices the editor made ranking it. The DAICON IV animation (the one that used the ELO song) isn't even an anime opening; it was as fan film made for a convention by a bunch of guys working in a garage who used the song and the likenesses of various IPs without getting permission (and they would later go on to form Studio Gainax). I actually prefer the lists from the NotMe channel, especially the Top 200 80s Anime Openings: ruclips.net/video/KgRklkM9o84/видео.html Since you asked, the channel also does rankings of openings by decade, going all the way back to 1963: ruclips.net/video/tECd6HZG5z0/видео.html
Old series have this nostalgic feeling to them even if you've never seen them. That said I've watched 7 of these when they aired on tv when I was a kid (I was born in the 90's so these aired in the 90's to early 2000s): Lady Georgie is a romance drama series about a girl who leaves home and goes to London to find the boy she loves and find out about her past as she's adopted (oh and her adoptive older brothers knew all this time and they're both secretly in love with her). Dragon Ball and Tetsuwan Atom (Astro Boy) are popular stuff I've seen, too. Ranma 1/2 is something I've seen multiple times through local tv and cable (Maison Ikkoku is made by the same person who made Ranma 1/2, Inuyasha, and Urusei Yatsura). Oh, you've checked out the OPs of the new adaptation of Urusei Yatsura and saw one from the older series. Rumiko Takahashi has made a lot of manga that's turned into anime and many are popular. I've seen F (the racing anime) as well although the only thing I remember about it is it's ED (featured here at number 38!) cause it's that good. I might not know the lyrics but I remember the music all this time even though I watched the show when I was a kid. Cat's Eye I've also seen as a kid and it's about three sisters who are also thieves. Lupin III (pronouned Lupin the third as he's named after his father and grandfather) is also about a thief. You mentioned mechs being a thing in older series and I would love for you to watch the evolution of anime series made by the anime studio Sunrise who is popular for making mech series. It's funny to watch the OPs transition from mostly mech series to idol anime lol. Hope you watch more of these anime OP/ED list by decades! If you ever get to the 90's and 2000's then it'd be really nostalgic for me (and any other filipino viewers you may have).
Regarding Urusei Yatsura, in your video you reacted to the first two openings of the remake and accidentally to the third opening of the classic anime. Currently the remake has already finished with a total of four openings, meaning you still have two left to see and the classic anime has a total of six or eight if we also count the openings of the OVAs. So you have plenty of content😅😂
Thanks for doing this 80s compilation. Daicon IV was a Japanese science fiction convention. They used a song from Electric Light Orchestra's album Time in their music video. Ushiroyubi Sasaregumi was a sub group of Onyanko Club, which was a popular idol group in the mid 80s. The Tetsuwan Atom known in the west as Astro Boy is originally from the 60s and remade in the 80s. You have not done all the Urusei Yatsura openings. You have done the new one. You have seen part of the 1st and all of the 3rd OP from the 80s version.
Quite a few mech series came out in 80's and it's still around till now. Like the Transformers, Macross and Gundam. And Gundam is the biggest mecha franchaise in Japan ATM. You need to check out the opening of the gundam series.
I don't know a lot of 80's anime or openings. 12:30 The problem with this thinking is that this seems like personal list and not most popular list. So some of most known openings are not on list because creator don't like them while some underground show/hidden gem openings fill top 20. 28:20 Knew it. 18:03 No, that is Blue Oyster Cult. 18:10 You realized mistake, great. I know ELO mostly because of Four Little Diamonds from GTA: Vice City. Later i also learned about Rock N Roll is King. And i know they have song with Olivia Newton John called Xanadu. 20:51 He already forgot songs from 1975-2024 most popular opening video.
4:39 space runaway ideon That's a very infamous super robot anime from the creator of the original gundam. Infamous for how they turned a toy commercial goofy giant robot into a cosmic horror death god and brutally kill off characters with guys exploding in their spaceships and you can freeze frame and see the instant their eyes explode out of their skulls or the very end of the series having a 5 year old girl getting her head 360 no scoped off. Also 10:15 is starship troopers, a more faithful adaptation of the book than the live action movie.
THE 80s REALLY WAS A POSITIVE VIBE FOR ANIME MUSIC!!

The good thing is, that list still missed some gems from the 80s like Fuuma no Kojiro OP2 & EDs, Zeta Gundam OP2 & Gundam ZZ OP2 among others.
Try Reacting to Legend of the Galactic Heroes Die Neue These Opening And Endings Please 🥺
Also....HOW THE ACTUAL HELL was Bubblegum Crisis OP 1 not on the list??? I guess because it's an OVA so it doesnt count? But a few other OVA were included. Most people class that as one of the best openings of the 80s
Dangaioh is OVA, so probably just missing for some reason
The Guyver OVA OP is missing too
"Konya wa Hurricane" is a classic 80s theme song (they even re-used it in the new Scott Pilgrim series), but each episode of the Bubblegum Crisis OVA had a different song that played over an early part of the episode. Basically, most people consider it more of a movie-style credit sequence than a proper TV/OVA-style "opening".
I'll have to check it out 🤔
Additionally, how was freaking _Gunbuster_ not on the list?
@@heinrichagrippa5681 As mentioned it would seem lots of OVAs get overlooked. Gunbuster was not a TV anime.
"Pegasus Fantasy" being as low on this list as it is was a crime.
@@Rycel2001 Yeah, I was very surprised by the results. But to each their own I guess :3
And Mermaid Forest
Maison Ikkoku was one of the biggest anime of the 80s, so I'm not shocked.
It's a masterpiece.
Its also written by a legendary manga artist Rumiko Takahashi
👀👀
Still remember the days when I had these songs in my walkman 😅
How does an 80's anime song list not include Bubblegum Crisis? I guess whoever made this list never seen it? That's the only reason I can imagine.
Because it was an OVA series, not a TV series?
Eh because technically it didn't have an "opening", as the main song was incorporated into the anime itself. So I guess it doesn't count?
I've seen a few people saying this, might need to check it out 🤔
The 1920s through the early 40s were not much of real anime as they were mostly just attempts at doing western animation using stories of Japanese folklore and experimental animations.
That, and unlike now nearly 200 yearly animes, there were usually just 30 to 40 a year
@@jimmyrustle1407 Not much of a shock, cel animation was expensive and laborious as hell compared to modern digital ink and paint.
Oh wow! Love this comment! Thank you 💜
@@GOTGames my fav eras are the ones that experiment most with the medium.
Oh man Luke
You need to react to the City Hunter OST
It's absolutely insane
(I mean it's essentially a crime not to have seen the Anime but you are backed up as you are :D)
Footsteps, Angel Night, Super Girl, Mr Private Eye, Just Like Magic, Running to Horizon..... so many amazing songs for an amazing Anime
And just so you know, if you react to City Hunter stuff you'll get a boatload of French fans, the series was really popular in France
6:28 In English this is indeed Astro Boy in Japanese he's known as "Mighty Atom"
9:45 Legend of the Galactic Heroes. One of the most highly-rated anime on MAL, and yet few in the west have actually seen it
12:23 Hokuto no Ken or "Fist of the North Star" it makes it onto lots of compilation lists so you have almost definately heard it before
19:55 I think you missed that this was Macross and you've reacted to it relatively recently
Dirty Pair, Dominion Tank Police, & Bubble Crisis embody the 80s to me, so I'm not sure how to feel about this list that barely had 1 of the 3 lol

It was very much not used with permission, which is a reason to why that animation has never been officially released, at least in the west.
What a such music, I dont know why this music is so underrated but even though I need more songs of the decade is always a pleasure heard this art of pieces
I actually never watched Maison Ikkoku but I know it's a romance comedy show.
I did know the main character and it was Rumiko Takahashi show. (she was a pioneer female mangaka from in the 80 and early 90's - UY, MI, Ranma, Inuyasha are her notable works - other stuff like the mermaid forest horrors and "experimental" rumik world stuff was also well known.)
I still have the OST of Legend of the galactic heroes. 3 cd set.. it's mostly classical music as they usually play those during those huge space battles where thousands of ships fought and die.
BTW, another notable character designer from the 80's is Akemi Takada (kimagure orange road and patlabor) had a lot of influence of art during that decade. She still semi-active and nearly 70 years old. I have a few of her artbooks but never got the chance to meet her in person. She does illustration as well that isn't anime related - I myself was inspired by her style when I was still doing art back in college but people commented my art is more like Yoshitaka Amano, with a bit of darkness.)
Those 3 people had influence today anime... and obviously their works were made into anime and there are some of the op is on this list.
PS. don't mess with city hunter (he's was the lewdest character of the 80's.) or the dirty pairs (they tend to destroy planets.)... Ever. Just run.
Akemi Takada changed the characters from the original manga. But I like the style she changed
80s anime music list without Gunbuster is unacceptable !!
yeah, Maison Ikkoku is by the same creator as Urusei Yatsura, Ranma 1/2, and InuYasha, which is probably why the characters look so familiar to you
I mean, before Cowboy Bebop, there was City Hunter and Space Cobra.
Cult classics.
4:24 Hokuto no Ken? Yeah, that one is from the meme.
And after that Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu?
Back to back?
You are killing me here.
7:00 I mean that is the reason because it was 61.5 maybe?
9:40 Yes! YES! YEEEEES!
Luke should also react to HunterxHunter 90s OP/EDs since those are sang by well known singers by that time
OK, this gonna be a long one....... First off, back then that's not much done now was the prevalence of "soap opera" anime - that's why you'd hear a lot of song ballads. Nowadays, instead of anime, those get adapted to live-action _"J-dorama"_ (Japanese drama) 🙃
2:30 Of course Luke would like *City* *Hunter* - he likes to mokkori!!! (That means sexual arousal btw) 🤣
3:20 Ya gotta realize - disco never died in Japan! 🥳
4:35 He's more than a Chad - Kenshiro's catchphrase is "You're already dead" before ya even notice he already killed ya 😎
4:45 Mech toy companies were big sponsors of anime back then. The Transformers were based on Japanese toy lines Micro Change and Diaclone. 🤔
6:45 You do know that song - it's _"Alone Again (Naturally)"_ by Gilbert O'Sullivan. Kitty Records, a show sponsor, was trying to promote the song release in Japan. 🤓
7:50 That's because *Maison* *Ikkoku* is an all-time classic in Japan. Luke, if you're into down-to-earth romantic comedy soap opera, ya should give it a try - the series progresses a 3-act narrative with a beginning, middle, and end.👍
9:45 And that's yet another soap opera but in spaaaaaaaaaace! 😁
17:05 Yes, *Dirty* *Pair* is a very suggestive name - ya should see how the _"Lovely_ _Angels"_ (their real name) got tagged with it. 😂
BTW, the *Star* *Trek:* *TNG* staff are big fans of that anime (and vice versa) - that's why you'd see references of it on each other's series.
17:30 The Electric Light Orchestra did not do an anime opening - it's a fan-made opening for a Japan sci-fi convention DaiCon III and IV. The amateur animators who made it went on to form Gainax Studio, renowned for *Nadia* , *Evangelion* , and *Gurren* *Lagann* 🤑
19:57 Luke, that's *Macross* ! You already made a video about *Macross* songs! 😆
25:02 It's _"Russian_ _Roulette"_ 😄
27:29 That's *Space:* *1999* that aired in the 70s by the Andersons, renowned for the supermarionation TV series *Thunderbirds* 😄
28:07 *Kimagure* *Orange* *Road* was one of the earliest completed fansubbed TV series in English - it was huge! And yes, it's also a down-to-earth soap opera rom-com 🥰
Luke, you got 6! With *Macross* ! 🤗
Also Lupin III was Lupin the Third, it's about a descendant of the legendary thief Arsene Lupin. That anime is where Cowboy Bebop got its cool, it's REALLY worth looking up Lupin III soundtrack stuff.
I recommended Kuroko no Basuke openings and endings

*rumiko takahashi* biased, i love it... *suki sa!* that one scored banger, where is everyday, where is rock the planet though? urusei yatsura had 8 openings and there were only 2 in this video and like 9 endings?
and i love how fists of north star got cut before the part everyone know
so many copyright victims
Daicon is not anime opening it is anime convention opening mini movie, birth of studio gainax
*maison ikkoku* is 2nd anime based on rumiko takahashi hit manga right after *urusei yatsura* it is a story about young widow apartment amnnager and one of her tenents university student wanabe falls in love but it grow slowly in the shadow of her former husband she is still attached while everybody else sees what is going on, and a lot of half naked akemi
Please react to all openings and endings from Legend of the Galactic Heroes! Some of them were in this video and you really liked one opening)) I can send the playlist with all 4 OPs and 4 EDs if you need!
I really like OP1-3 when I watched the show
Maison ikkoku 10/10 series maybe that's why you've heard it somewhere
It is like SAO today. All OPs and EDs are good
Rumiko Takahashi is the Queen of Anime.
Urusei Yatsura, Maison Ikkoku, Mermaid Saga, Ranma ½, Inuyasha, Rin-ne, & Mao
All made by her!
#32 here, Mospeada, was uploaded to Crunchyroll recently. I've just started it
Lupin the Third part 2 aired from 1977 to October 6, 1980. Two days later and it would have made it to my first birthday.
I was born in the middle of its run in 79. Personally I'd love to see you react to all the openings for Lupin the Third part 2.
So far you've seen part of the first and last one.
I've never seen the anime for #66 but I love that song. Back when Adult Swim Message Board used to be around and
do music tournaments, that song was in the tourney at least twice.
I can never hear the Hokuto no Ken OP1 without thinking about Gintama
Also i know most of these because growing uo these were broadcast on a French channel so i basically grew up on these, my favorite ones has to be Ranma 1/2, Maison Ikkoku, City Hunter, Hokuto no Ken, Saint Seiya and ofc DragonBall
Wow, I never heard of any up until Ranma 1/2 either. And for the rest I basically also only knew the ones you knew. Except I knew Cat's Eye, cause I watched the German dub on TV in the 90s when I was a kid.
I think you should react to full openings/endings...a few seconds are not enough to appreciate the song or the animation.
24:28 It's pronounced Lupin The Third, it's not the 3rd season, the 3 Roman numerals are part of the anime title.
yeah but the important part is PArt II and OP 4. So it is definately a later part of Lupin that likely aired in the 1980's
@@flyingeagle3898 Of course, just clarifying that isn't not the third season, as that's the only part that needs it.
I think I heard that mecha shoes used to be popular because they were easier to draw with all the strait lines and no facial expressions.
City Hunter is SO good! It's an amazing comedy action that I think you should at least see one ep of!
You'd like Dirty Pair 😏
I really wanna know what Maison Ikkoku and Miyuki is now.
16:33 Yes, indeed *Fuuma no Kojiro* has banger music. You should listen to all the full songs.
react to Maison Ikkoku anime openings and you would get 80% of the quiz. But what i really want is a reaction Legend of Galactic Heroes (the 10/10 op with random guys appearing and looking at the camera )
Not only OPs. EDs as well
You really need to check out all of the Gundam series openings and endings some day, they are genuinely a lot of bangers there, you only did Which of Mercury ones and that is only one series from like around 40 or so.
Also I am really surprised they chese Gundam Zeta 1 opening and Gundam ZZ 1 opening, as much as I get that "Anime ja nai" (Gundam ZZ opening 1) is quite iconic, I much more prefer "Silent Voice" (Gundam ZZ 2 opening) and "Mizu no hoshi e ai wo komete" (Gundam Zeta 2 opening), not to mention some of the endings, "Issenmannen Ginga" (Gundam ZZ 2 ending) being one of my absolute favourite songs ever. Not to mention Gundam War in the Pocket ending, which paired in the simple visuals it has is something hitting me in the feels so much each time I even hear its first notes. Deffinitely this video seemed very biased towards Maison Ikkoku, as much as I get it, I personally wouldn't put some of it's songs on this list ^^;
I did recognize 17 of the anime on the list, 10 of which I've even seen at least a few episodes of. However, it's been so long ago (some close to 25 years) that I only remember 5 or 6 of the ops/eds.
This reminds me that you need to react to Fist of the North Star/Hokuto no Ken's opening 'You Wa Shock!!'
Legendary 80s series that had 2 openings on this list. If you have ever heard, "You are already dead." it comes from this series.
React to the OVA anime OP of "Bio-Booster Armor Guyver" (it came out in 1989, so its 35th anniversary!). OP: ruclips.net/video/7WHPT-zE1hI/видео.html
The song is "Kyoushoku Soukou Guyver" and it's sung by Ishihara Shinichi. Guyver is a cult classic in Japan and overseas. The manga is still on-going since it started in 1985. It has OVAs, anime series, anime movies, and it's also had 2 live action movies made by the US.
If you want to see the 2005 remake OP of Guyver, you can find it here:
OP: ruclips.net/video/N2XiiDsPwjQ/видео.html (Song: "Waiting For..." | Singer: Yo Reiri)
Maison Ikkoku is reasonably long(around 100 episodes) and written/drawn by Rumiko Takahashi who also wrote/drew Urusei Yatsura, Ranma 1/2 and InuYasha
What a nice and interesting lineup, even after all these Years, Classic Anime still has there Charm.
By the way, I would really like to see you React to either my:

I would also like to see you react to Mario & Sonic All Anime Intros by LordTRex.
You didn't count the Macross and Space Cobra openings, but I'm positive you've seen those. So that would make 7 points.
👀👀
Kenshiro of fist of the northstar he is the last person who would need a sword not cause he can't handle it but cause he is far more dangerous without it
For Urusei Yatsura you watched the first two openings and the third opening of the original series. There are five openings to the original series.
But hey, personal lists are personal, and it let me discover a couple great ones I didn't know/remember, so that's still a win ^^
ruclips.net/video/3hnEmw0j0B0/видео.html
oldtimer list Rumiko Takahashi anime openings from before urusei yatsure reboot
got 80's, 90's 2000's and 2010's all from under the hand of one of Most succesfull lady mangakas active for over 50 years in weekly magazines like shounen sunday
but those are anime adaptations of her work, urusei yatsura , maison ikkoku, ranma 1/2, inuyasha, rinne and some other stuff many people don't remember
10:12 starship troopers (宇宙の戦士) anime version
ELO was used without permission for the Daicon 4 opening. Watch it for the first ever Gainex bounce. Gilbert O Sullivan supplied the op and Ed for ep 24 of Maison Ikkoku
If you are open to suggestions, then you should react to the 2 Starship Troopers anime openings, The 4 Legend of the Galactic Heroes openings and endings, the 2 Jyushin Thunder Liger anime openings, the 5 City Hunter openings and endings, and the 2 original and 3 flash openings for Dirty Pair.
That song you thought you recognize - ruclips.net/video/gU3ubk8u7dA/видео.html Gilbert O'sullivan
Maison Ikkoku was a long running series done by Rumiko Takahashi.
We need a Legend of the Galactic Heroes Op/Ed reaction soon .
らんま1/2やオレンジロードが懐かしいな。名曲揃いで素晴らしい✨
Since you reacted to a video that mentioned Gundam, here's your reminder that you need to do all Gundam Openings (from the list that I already gave you, ma dude) 👍
ruclips.net/p/PL03FN3i4wnl3haPAxdc3B4Jr7pXzFBqTp&si=maQ6PSc2Tpsg6sFT
Here are some songs from Urusei Yatsura that I know you have never heard: Triangle Love Letter, Melancholy no Kiseki, Ai wa Boomerang, and Dancing Star. Some of those are from the movies.
You guessed 5, like you said, you nailed it! Some of them were very good even now😁
City hunter is worth a watch as it’s a detective story although the main guy is still a prev. I know Netflix picked it up as a live action show and is working on the episodes. Jackie Chan starred in the Hong Kong movie version of city hunter which was mostly known for its street fighter parody scene with Jackie dressing as chun lee
Netflix has a live action City Hunter movie which was released two weeks ago. It premiered no.1 global (non-English).
We should have a list for the songs from 80's anime movies
3:14 Kimagure orange road my favourite romance anime of all time so good
You watched _1_ of the 6 or so openings of the 1982 Urusei Yatsura, specifically the third one... which you somehow thought was the third 2022 opening. Don't worry, you were only off by about 40 years.
I don't think you've done all the Saint Seiya openings, you probably recognize the first one because its super popular and shows up on many top anime openings videos.
42
And Maison Ikkoku was by the Goddess of Manga Rumiko Takahashi.... (same author of Urusei Yatsura, Ranma 1/2 and Inuyasha btw)
It's a classic and a timeless masterpiece
List missed a lot of good openings
I would really like if you could react to Decade Animash from Static Symphony. its a really good selection from 2010 to 2020 and i think you know most of the animes there
Babe doesn't mean both, it's the name of a pig that HOT TAKE is not as good as the other famous Pig of the time that had a very smart Spider friend. The other one is Bay bee which is Baby
This is really all just because Bubble Gum Crisis isn't here
4:30 Fist of the North Star, absolute classic and an absolute must watch and if you're a JJBA fan you absolutely must watch it twice because it is sooooo much the more grown up grandfather of JJBA
it was 6 I'm counting that first "Maybe" as a yes, the nen contract was knowing 6 anime songs, it wasn't knowing them from that opening so since it was the op to an anime and it's a known song it ticks both boxes making the total 6
You reacted to Urusei Yatsura remake OP1 and 2 and original OP3! You still need to react to the remake OP 3 and 4 and the original OP1, 2, 4 and 5
The Cat's Eye opening theme was in the 1975-2024 anime OP compilation you reacted too.
I had no clue ELO did a anime OP song ELO that’s 1 of my dads favorite bands
Have you ever reacted to the original Fullmetal Alchemist Ops and EDs? If not it would be interesting to see your opinion on this
27:45 In regards of cool spaceship and moon base, I think you are referring Space 1999.
It was only after its creation and airing that it became massivley popular
Daicon 3 and Daicon 4 are the birthplace of not only OVA as a thing, but also the anime studio GAINAX, which that group of friends later founded (Evangelion, Gurren Lagann, FLCL)
I actually prefer the lists from the NotMe channel, especially the Top 200 80s Anime Openings: ruclips.net/video/KgRklkM9o84/видео.html
Since you asked, the channel also does rankings of openings by decade, going all the way back to 1963: ruclips.net/video/tECd6HZG5z0/видео.html
Old series have this nostalgic feeling to them even if you've never seen them. That said I've watched 7 of these when they aired on tv when I was a kid (I was born in the 90's so these aired in the 90's to early 2000s):
Lady Georgie is a romance drama series about a girl who leaves home and goes to London to find the boy she loves and find out about her past as she's adopted (oh and her adoptive older brothers knew all this time and they're both secretly in love with her).
City hunter ops reaction 👀
You did know 6 Luke at 19:49 Choujikuu Yousai Macross you did a OP reaction to a few months ago it was just a different part of the song
25:25 I was not expecting to hear a VAR check being mentioned in an anime openings reaction video 😂
Imagine if you spliced Chuck Norris' DNA with Bruce Lee.
That's Kenshiro, The Fist of the North Star.
4:39
space runaway ideon
That's a very infamous super robot anime from the creator of the original gundam.
80s is the rising era of Takahashi Rumiko universe
