My problem with this is that the dragon rulers are all soft bricks in this combo and you’re just generally discarding too much. But I’m sure it can be refined further.
I feel you, but Cards like regained helps recoup that lost card advantage. I think you can play super rejuvenation to help with that too
@@Protech428 That's just adding more potential bricks to the deck tho. The combo seems extremely weak to interruption too. With this many bricks, I think the deck will need to be 60 to be at least playable

To summon disaster is actually possible on turn 1 but it requires you to specifically have the the light dragon ruler in hand with 3 other dragon rulers in hand or 1 and 2 hand traps that meet the same attributes. Any combination would work for the most part. You would pivot off the light sending ideally redox and search 2 names. From there you would proc the other 2 in hand to summon directly from deck giving you 2 bodies on the board and 3 level 7 names with different attributes. You would then go into chasmatis using the effect to send a tidal or tempest to copy the effect and add another dragon ruler or send another dragon ruler. Which ever works best atm. From here you should have 5 or 6 dragons in grave and you haven't used any of the dragon rulers to summon themselves so you would proc one to summon banish 2 other names and get 2 searches. So you should have 3 cards in hand 2 being 2 dragon rulers you searched and an unknown with chasmatis on board and 1 more ruler. Fifth summon you can proc either a baby dragon ruler or a big dragon ruler. Opponent has to nib you here otherwise you get to summon the negate dragon ruler with a free summon from deck or extra. So at this point you can proc another dragon ruler and potentially summon another negate dragon ruler or just another rank 7 or even potentially a link 2 which can go into more link plays depending on the field and grave. And you can just hard summon disaster dragon using 2 of the rank 7 xyzs on board. Going second this is a board wipe ya know. Its not that good tbh because it requires essentially your whole hand but it gets better with the more names you have. You can use hand traps but they need to meet the same attributes for the combo. It doesn't lose to nib as a single hand trap. And depending on your hand it doesn't lose to droll or ash if you have enough names in hand already. Those are the only impactful hand traps than can hinder that play. Ogre does nothing. Veiler does nothing. Ghost mansion does nothing. Mulcharmy does nothing. The only hand trap that could hinder this deck is shifter and maybe lancea if you want to banish the field.
On the same note if you don't summon the negate and you think they have nib plus veiler/ ogre and one of the babies you search was the new dark you would proc a dragon in grave banish a baby and a big dragon ruler to search and then proc the baby dragon to special them both from banish turn the baby into a dark link 1 or 2 with the rank 7. After that you just resolve the rest of the dragons to get any missing attributes on the board you should either have 1 -2 procs in hand for babies 2-3 procs in grave for dragons. Link all 5 into 5-headed dragon to nuke the board.
Even more on that note. You can end your turn with the new genex synchro if you searched a dark level 3 dragon tuner off of tempest which you have six copies of including the light baby and 3 dragon rulers equal the rank 7 that copies tempest. So let's say you searched redrose dragon you can normal summon it because in neither of these combos you used your normal summon but if you did it greatly enhances the combo but does make you lose to nib if not done correctly by summoning the genex synchro first but your end board will be weaker if they have hand traps such as nib/veiler they break the board. So the first line is to bait everything into nib and the rest of their hand traps and if they nib you before you get into the rank 7 Omni negate you can still pivot off into 5-headed dragon but you'll need your normal summon to get red rose dragon or Roxy rose dragon to get your dark attribute instead of the link summon but if you end up with duplicates you can always use the nib token turn into the necessary link 2 with a missing attributes reprodocus is really good if your missing 2 attributes 1 being earth and just resolve effects into the link 5 for board wipe or you make 2 level 10 synchros 1 being the genex and 1 probably better aegurine and maybe depending on rest of hand another rank 7. This is through nib.
sure but why summon disaster? it's very specific in usage, so specific that even though i like it a lot i dont really see people really using it...
I'm not really a dragon link player, however i do like the idea of a 4600 Attack towers that banishes my opponent's entire life savings on summon so...
You don't have to be a dragon link player to make this work you can go pure dragon ruler and still do it. The xyz armored torpedo line actually lets you search the Trap card which will bring out the big towers on your opponent's turn, since the quick effect spell is not searchable
I think Tachyon Cloudragon and Tachyon Primal may be worth looking into. The only thing that kills this board is Dark Ruler No More, Tachyon Transmigration off the Primal could insulate the board to any breakers or breaker chain Droplet. Bonus is if you do draw the Primal, it can still be discarded off Spectre and specialed back with Tachyon Cloudragon.
I have been messing around with the tachyon stuff in dragons, not to get to transmigration but to convert any two 8’s into dragluxion which will get me extra bodies and a hope harbinger dragon. Might still need tweaking with the deck list. My problem is that eventually the engine will get too big to fit non-engine.
I think a 60 card version playing the rulers in grass could be a lot of fun

The background loop is too short.
I noticed at the 6 or so minute mark, and at 10:02 got fed up and decided to post a comment about it.
And also on top of that many interruptions, next turn you have 3 dragon rulers to come back
You should look into reincorporating the dragunity cards. chasmatis sending tempest to search also gives you a live tempest in gy which can be banished at some point to search remus. That seems like super strong followup to interruption if they don't let you get to varudras

For anyone playing pure dragon ruler, the xyz torpedo line searches a trap that lets you xyz on your opponent's turn, letting you get to the big guy and banish your opponent's field and grave as interruption ala raidraptor style.

I actually am a huge fan of end with the new genex lvl 10 synchro instead of I:P. Yes, it’s only monster negates, however, it’s can before ALOT of attributes considering you can end your turn with 4+ attributes in grave.

For the second combo you can summon Genex with 6 attributes in gy instead of i:p
The light xyz: Send Krystia( tidal) then reborn it with redox effect next turn.
Linking off with Chasmatis doesn't feel correct to me. I'd definitely want to keep that interaction on board.
