And even if you feel Cat would be cracked within 4 months, where should i start from ? Should i take some online coaching and if yes, by whom should i opt, that would prepare me within these 4 months.
Honestly, no one else can study on your behalf. So if you are serious about CAT and your future - you will make sure that you consistent. As for coaching, it would be better to self prepare as you would need a timetable tailored to you. As a starting point, you can watch my latest video where I have shared a detailed timetable and use it as a starting point. Have shared videos on prep materials as well, you can have a look to find everything. :)

Absolutely! Just make sure to attempt previous years' papers and mocks to understand the difficulty levels. That would be enough :))

Helloo, sabse pehle to apna screen time limit kardo. Uninstall all the apps and stop all the subscriptions. Apne daily targets fix rakho - ki ek din me kya kya complete karna hai and make sure ki without completing them, koi webseries ya kuch bhi start nahi karna hai. Dimaag occupied rahega toh thoda social media kam ho jaayega. Like even I have a bad addiction of webseries, but ab with YT videos and office work - time hi nahi milta aur ab aadat bhi nahi rahi.
Didi preparation toh start krdi hai but regularity nhi rahi hai study ma on daily basis 😢 and agar student is from tier 4 college toh exam nikalna bhi tough laga raha hai isliye motivation nhi aa rahi padhai ki
Heyy, ek proper study plan bana lo and make sure you stick to it. Targets likh lo kahin aur jab baar baar targets dikhte rahenge toh padhna hi padega. Trust me tier 1 ya tier 4 - college se kuch fark nahi padta hai. CAT me questions utne difficult nahi aate - it's all about question selection and time limit ke andar andar answering maximum questions! Thoda push karna padega abhi, lekin iske results worth it honge! You can do it!!

Heyy, unfortunately majority colleges me 10th and graduation ke marks ka weightage high rehta hai. But you can aim for baby IIMs or new IIMs. Try to score >97%ile in CAT to be on the safer side. And if you can score exceptionally well in CAT (>99.6-7%ile), you do stand a chance to get into FMS! Always aim higher!!

Heyy, it's a personal choice to go abroad or not. I didn't want to go because I felt really homesick when I went abroad for my internship. But if you goal is to settle abroad, giving GMAT would be a better option for you rather than doing MBA from India and then going out because then you might not get a lot of opportunities. Just choose wisely :)

Hey, you have a good profile but aim as high as you can. Different colleges have different criteria - but anything above 99.5-6%ile (assuming you are an engineer) can ensure that you get calls from top IIMs. Also, in my opinion, right now focus only on CAT. You can start working on your GK and current affairs after 24 Nov (I did the same thing, ypu do get enough time to prepare!) 😇 All the very best!!

Heyy, as per my limited knowledge about the commerce world - both the institutes are excellent, so your friend can't go wrong with either. But talking to seniors of both the institutes might help your friend decide. Think about your priorities - career goals and what do you want to do eventually and evaluate if you will be able to achieve those goals. Sorry, couldn't help much with this!

Heyy, honestly try to aim for 100%ile :P Aiming higher pushes you to give your best! But honestly, you have a good academic profile so don't worry a lot. Anything above 99%ile should help you get calls from top IIMs. Bahut anxiety ho toh thoda sa break le lo, 1-2 hrs ghoom ke aajao then restart. Acchi profile hai, bas consistent rehna! ❤

Hi Mam, I really need some clarity, as you went to IIM C which is famous for giving chance to students with average past academics, I have score 82.4 in 10th, 79.8 in 12th and 74% in ug GNEM, I am starting my job next month and plan to get atleast 24 months or even 36 months of workex. Did you really have any peers who had a similar kind of profile and landed a good day 0 job at iim c. Please help, i just need to know that will my efforts even work?
Heyy, a lot of people have a similar profile at IIMC because they focus less on academic background, so don't worry at all. Just try to score well in CAT and for interviews in the future! :))
On a side note, if you are clear about giving CAT, I would recommend that 24 months workex would be optimum.

Hii, I can understand. CAT me theory padh ke ya solutions dekh ke lagta hai ki easy topic hai and sab samajh aa jaata hai lekin khudse practice karne lago toh solve nahi hota - iska ek hi solution hai - practice karte raho. Jitna alag alag tarah ke questions solve karoge, utne ki concepts clear hote rahenge. So sirf quantity pe focus nahi karna, quality of questions bhi maintain karke rakho. Start from the easy ones, build confidence and then try the difficult ones. Keep doing this and you'll see ki questions bhi solve hone lagenge

Hey, you can divide your time according to your goal - say your priority is doing an MBA, then you can plan your day accordingly. Make a time-table for both CAT preparation and your undergrad subjects - and allocate enough time to both. Last year in undergrad is usually not that rigorous but you will need a proper time-table so that you are not too overwhelmed juggling between the two. It's totally doable and since you have started your prep - don't give up now. Faaltu me 1 year ka delay ho jaayega. I will also share a time-table for CAT - you can use that as a reference to create your own time-table and study effectively! :))

Helloo, you have decent academic profile but try to maximize your scores in CAT so that sab balance out ho jaaye and you are on the safer side.
Now, quant prep ki baat karein toh make sure ki kisi bhi topic ki theory padhne ke baad atleast 70-80 questions kar rahe ho aap + unko acche se samajh rahe ho (cut off rakho ki >50% questions correctly solve ho rahe hai). Uske baad next topic pe badh sakte ho, but beech beech me sectional tests dete raho aur previous chapter ke practice questions bhi karte raho. Quant me yeh issue bahut baar hota hai ki padhne me toh lagta hai ki sab samajh aa gaya hai lekin actual me practice karte time questions nahi hote. Practice is the only way out! :))

Heyy, always target the top colleges - the maximum percentile because only then would you actually give your best! You have a good profile and if you practice regularly, I'm sure you will get good results. Follow a proper schedule during internships - it would be manageable!! :)) I too prepared while working, so just make sure that you get 3-4hrs on weekdays and maximize your efforts on weekends ♥️

DILR agar weaker section hai toh try karo ki okayish performance ho jaaye taaki cutoff clear karlo :)

Also, try to figure out where you are lacking - do you not have a reading habit, or is it your speed, understanding, or is it just that even after summarizing everything - you tend to choice the incorrect option. Like I always used to mark the incorrect option out of 2! So, once you figure out the problem, you can solve for it during your practice sessions.
