Thanks for the Eng sub! I’ve subscribed to your channel 😃 I’ve been eating almost 80% plant based food for the past 3 months and I got what you mean when you get sick from eating normal food. My boss took us out on 회식 and we had expensive steak but I almost ended up at the hospital the next day cuz I got a horrible indigestion issue from the beef meat and fries 😂😂 I tried to eat beef again in just small portion after a month but again I got sick again the next day 🤣 Our bodies are really honest lol 😆

As long as you’re eating enough protein and vitamins on a plant based diet, there is no reason to worry about menstrual irregularities or anemia. It’s only when you eat plants without protein I.e just lettuce, rather than a filling salad with nuts, veggies, lentils etc, that your body’s system will be disrupted. Hope this assuages any fears about going on a no-meat diet
I agree with you, the key is balance. Any diet, plant based or not, will end you up with the same problems if you are not having a wholesome balanced diet.
