  • @babylover0990
    @babylover0990 12 лет назад

    yes, if you wash it in cold water only. You don't want to wash hot glue in hot water because the glue will melt, but you could make the flower by stitching it with a needle and thread rather than use hot glue and then you can wash it in hot water. Or use another type of glue that can be washed in hot water.

  • @Oecologeae
    @Oecologeae 12 лет назад

    Do you think re-purposing old pantyhose to make the rosettes would be a good idea? I guess you would have to use regular craft glue, not hot glue, to prevent melting.

    @LifeBeyondBase Yes, the base is just plain craft felt. I used a cotton gauze for the flowers, but any fabric would do.

    I thing you can wash it, but on low temperature, so you don't melt the glue. It should be good. If you are really afraid of ruing your work, you can set the washing machine on 0° or just wash it with your hands, but I think that it's safe to be washed on 30°. (I know because I have made some stain with glue by mistake, and I couldn't wash them of.)

    top....but how do you wash it....cant you first make them in a line together on fabric and then put it on the pillow with such a open-Close tape i dont know how this called but when you want to wash you take it off and put the pillow in the washer????GREETINGS FROM GERMANY

    • @SuperBenette
      @SuperBenette 7 лет назад

      I had this on a garment, (jacket) it was loosely hand stiched on the side, the dry-cleaners told me you have to take it off before cleaning, some pin it on with safety pins. Its very pretty but I do not think its ideal for wash and wear. Have you tried stiching it on a garment while turning, I think it could work. Good luck- I am from Austria
