This is from the Velvet Underground reunion from 1993. The album title is the Roman numeral for 1993, which I will not utter here. It’s by far the best version, because you can hear every word Cale is saying, and he delivers the punchline like a punchline, instead of the matter-of-fact, avant-garde way he did in the 1968 original.
