She's excellent. I looked for this song for many days after hearing it in a supermarket, with only a few of the words stored in mind. I'm really very glad to have found it in the end! And I love her face and how she smiles and moves, so spontaneous and genuine.
I really enjoyed this video, up until now I had only heard the instrumental by Clare Fischer,I am glad that this great song has vocals. I like this singer, she did a great job! Kudos to you doll.🤗👍😇
Finally, one Brazilian: I. Lol lol lol I loved your voice Sara, you're great, congratulations. Patrice Fisher, Brazil wants to see you again, return. We like your voice.👏
@Beto Castañeda. Patrice Fisher play the melody of this song, she went to my city in Brazil. Much Brazilians like jazz, because of this we see too much music videos. One detail: In Brazil we speak portuguese, not spanish.
Great cover of the Clare Fischer original. Written in the 60s, there are now official lyrics for it in Spanish and Portuguese too. The fakebooks have the chart wrong, see the Clare Fischer website for the correct melody, changes and lyrics.
Love this song very much after hearing on Pandora station. We bought the album eventually. We listened many times everyday😍 Vanessa Rubin’ s Morning is also very good and we bought her album as well!
@maszlagma I think it's Clare Fischer's composition from 60's. Sara's interpretation is in very high level in her natural way. Thank you for this video!
@juhan81 Which vocal versions have you heard? I can't for the life of me remember who I've heard sing this before, and I can't find a thing on google... I think I've heard some fairly well-known contemporary female jazz vocalist's recording of this, back in the 90's maybe? Thanks.
@juhan81 This is very good, no doubt, however I prefer Dianne Reeves's version, she sang it with Poncho Sanchez/s group on his Afro Cuban Fantasy album
@onlyonevzdoh I find it!! Morning lyrics What of a morning that brings a day so gently, and bathes the leaves of memories that feel so long ago. I still recall you in all these early hours, though I were there one more to share a love lost long ago. Crassness of youth, concluding only half of the truth, exuding only one small percent of what I surely felt for you. An then one morning that brought a day so gently, we set apart things of the heart and lost love long ago. by : lostpoetry
Very good music: Sara is one of the best vocalists that I have heard in years. But if this is what we have to do to seduce U.S. Affluent Upper Middle -Class 'City folks to appreciate Latin music it comes with a price. Just plays this after poor Latinos/a folks that cut your grass, prepare your food, and clean your floors have gone home after you have exploited them. Just a modern version of " Gone with the Wind." ...and you are using Pharmaceuticals to afford a good fuck. Real Afro-Latin music is well beyond your comprehension. .
Way to stereotype, Benjamin. I grew up on the Mexican border, and more recently spent 7 years in another Mexican border city that is one of the poorest in the US (Brownsville, TX). I know hundreds of Latinos/as from all economic strata, including my wealthy friend from Mexico City who has tirelessly produced a Latin jazz festival in Brownsville for the last 20 years in a city with NO history of Latin jazz. And BTW, with the exception of Cuba there is plenty of exploitation of poor Latinos/as in their own countries by the wealthy. Stop being such a condescending prick and let musicians share their love and artistry of whatever music they choose for themselves.
I love the videos that show Sara singing and moving. She exudes jazz. What a turn on!!!!!!
She's excellent. I looked for this song for many days after hearing it in a supermarket, with only a few of the words stored in mind. I'm really very glad to have found it in the end! And I love her face and how she smiles and moves, so spontaneous and genuine.

Morning lyrics
What of a morning
that brings a day so gently,
and bathes the leaves
of memories
that feel so long ago.
I still recall you
in all these early hours,
though I were there
one more to share
a love lost long ago.
Crassness of youth,
concluding only half of the truth,
exuding only one small percent
of what I surely felt for you.
An then one morning
that brought a day so gently,
we set apart
things of the heart
and lost love long ago.

so what pharmaceuticals were you on when you wrote this?

Nice haha
Audio distorted.
Dommage que le son soit saturé. C'est moyen à regarder du coup. J'ai coupé avant la fin, insupportable son sur du jazz de haut niveau. Pas possible.
軽くてよろしいなぁ
Lástima musica pésima interpretación
Una mañana
