- Hi friends! In today's video, I talk about how my no spend June went & what I learned from it.

We definitely have enough. We have more than enough.
Great video.
Thank you :)
It's possible, this is what I do. Buy everything you need before the start of the month.
Great advice!
I think that a no spend challenge is about not buying unnecessary stuff. If you need something, like food, shampoo if you (are about to) run out, petrol, etc., you can buy it during the month you are trying to save up.
I need to do this again but when travelling I spend way too much. Wanna cook more "at home", take my water bottle with me, if possible not go into shops, I always end up getting something.
Great Job!
Thank you!
How do you deal with other people judging you I struggle alot with this for not wanting to spend my money on unnecessary things? Thank you for the vid
Thank you for your question! I think letting people know that you would rather make progress towards your goals over spending money on things would help lessen judgment :)
Yes, some people don’t understand because we are surrounded by consumerism and it seems more “normal” to spend frivolously vs save and spend only on necessities. It’s sort of backwards thinking if you think about it.
