It is the idea though that Araki's art style is also changing between parts slowly, so the traditional music leaving into the new part 6 wouldnt surprise me, as this part in my opinion has the highest power scaling of the entire series of jojo.

i listened to this before weather got his memories back and was so confused to why this upbeat and loud music was the theme you came up with for such a quiet and stoic person but now everything makes sense-
I feel like why they’re taking so long to make part 6 is to fix the weird parts that happens in the manga and Carefully making the music and making sure that it doesn’t sound bad
its not taking long at all , the anime for golden wind didn't even end that long ago . Remember good animation requires time , certain passion projects take a year or 2 to just pump out one 10 minute episode .
Maybe because of copyright issues for using Disneyland and Mickey mouse and all that stuff
It's cause of that and they're getting the rights to use ocean man and ameno as the ending songs for made in heaven and whitesnake
Damn, this is amazing! Weather is one of my favorite characters from part 6 and i think this song really represents him well, specially the part that starts on 0:58, it feels like being on the eye of a tornado, i love it!
This could be when Weather goes insane in the last third of the manga. For the rest, I could imagine a more myterious approach to it I think? With more high-pitch notes and melody. When I think of Weather, Jotaro's part 4 theme flashes in my mind :')

I think 1:11 is my favourite part. It’s not much and it’s only connecting two different parts and it’s that subtlety and change of pitch that really makes me enjoy it. The part before it is a close second though
