- In this video we are showing how to fix doesn't power on iPhone 6s by re soldering HDD IC.
The question is how does i diagnosed this phone?
The user informed me that the phone was bricked by dropping it.so first i Connect it to iTunes and it connected automatically in DFU mode with no serial number. Indeed the serial number is programmed in HDD(flash chip).so it indicates that the issue was with HDD(flash chip) because the phone was dropped by user. It means the HDD(flash chip) might be disconnected with PCB so I removed the HDD(flash chip) and resoled (reball flash chip) it.
The whole process of resoled you can see in this video. After this process the phone turned on directly without any software interference.
NOTE :- This work should be done by only professional technicians other wise you gonna brick your phone

I have a curiosity,from your experience can you tell me please,after removing the nand flash if connecting the board is the phone turning on or is completely dead without the nand? Is it showing the logo anyway?I'm asking because i need a proof that i didn't damage the cpu because of overheating after removing the nand.
I tried many times to replace the nand and always at the end the phone doesn't turn on anymore,i used 320-350 degrees.

ashfaq... I do a lot of u2 pm ic etc. Most of the time like iPhone u2 is easy to diagnose but. With things like this is it just educated guess or do u have method of chip testing or chip map sheets etc like they have in Samsung Sony labs etc?

I have an iphone 6s plus it works good but when I turn it off then ON it will goes to DFU mode , so I have put the new software but still is the same problem . Do you know how to fix this problem ?

Hello Deep fix, how do you know that its related to NAND and not for example short in VCC MAIN etc.. Phone had not power in the begining to it looked like other problem, not NAND. Thanks for reply

hi! can you please make a video on how to transfer the original home button touch ID information to a new home button. @Deep Fix, I have a disabled iPhone that my wife blocked trying so many times the passcode, now all pictures are stuck inside and no back up is available, is anyway to remove the memory of this phone and extract those pictures?

Although u need to get to know u r own heat gun. easy method I find is easy Samsung t210 charging port to calculate then go from there. I have 1 heat gun that is 310 and my other is 410. Also bear in mind tip size on gun

The serial number usually does not come up on iTunes until the phone has booted to setup or something like that. Now I'm not saying that it may have changed in the newer version of iTunes but usually that is my experience.

No sorry. Those for one aren’t compatible with each other but you also have to replace the cpus, eprom, and I believe the baseband

but i had a problem with iphone 6. after i changed the screen. the phone worked good, but when i removed the screen one more time. i detached the battery while the screen was still connected. after that the phone wont start or show anything on screen, you can hear it connect on itunes but stays black screen.i tryed the old screen too, but no luck.
