- In this video we are showing how to fix doesn't power on iPhone 6s plus by re soldering HDD IC.
Once agin the question rises how does i diagnosed this phone?
The user informed me that the phone was bricked by dropping it.so first i Connect it to iTunes and it connected automatically in DFU mode with no serial number.so restored and it ends with the error 4005. Indeed the serial number is programmed in HDD(flash chip).so it indicates that the issue was with HDD(flash chip) because the phone was dropped by user. It means the HDD(flash chip) might be disconnected with PCB so I removed the HDD(flash chip) and resoled (reball flash chip) it.
The whole process of resoled you can see in this video. After this process the phone turned in RECOVERY mode so it need to restore once agin now it completed without any errors and phone turned on .In this process you are going lose all data of your phone.
NOTE :- This work should be done by only professional technicians other wise you gonna brick your phone

In order to pass the error, you have to use a programmer of Nand chip then reinstall it again!!!!

I have an iphone 6 that I have dropped from som stairs. Phone is dead, and wont turn on or connect with Itunes. I've had the screen replaced and the charging port, but still no luck. Is it possible to just move the harddisk or somehow save the data from the HD if the phone it self is dead ? I have Icloud backup but I need some data that I've keept in an app, that is'nt backed up by Icloud.

Did this as well. After a week the customer is saying that the phone is rebooting itself randomly. Could the IC itself be gone?
did you just open the phone and choose a random ic and just change it. we as viewers would at least want to know how you came to that ic

AlSalam Alaikom, i have iphone 6s plus it is working but if i switch it off and back on then it goes to DFU mode then i have to reinstall the software again to work. Do u know where is the problem ?

hello, can you help me with my iphone 6s plz. So the phone was in a loop in recovery mode, wont restore. good firmware, good cable, good computer, tried all on different phone and worked, but this phone did not. Anyway, yesterday i tried again with DFU mode, and it somehow as restroring untill 80% and phone shuts off by itself, i waited but nothing happened and it got stuck in DFU mode.
so again today the phones battery died, and now it wont even get recognised by the computer anymore, i let it for an hour on each side of the charging cable (because i noticed the phone only got recognised if u plug the cable on one side but if u switch it wont)
please help

Hello dear, How are you? I have an issue with my iphone 6 plus, is runing good when I charge the baterry but out the motherboard with a tester of batteries, but when I connect the usb cable to charge the phone normally is not charging and in the screen of the iphone I couldn't see any simbole of charging phone, I test the flex usb charging and it's working good, because it arrives 5.1 V to the flex cable but when i conect the flex cable with the motherboard of my iphone 6plus the V that arrives to the battery is 0.24v wich chip has the issue?, I oppened the motherboard and I see all the chips but i couldn't recognize the issue chip of all them, so can you help me please?

380 is fine, I use 390 on unleaded and 350 for leaded reattach. Use hakko equipment.
380 on the tool or real temp on air gun?
380C not too high. most suitable for medium heat (350-380C)

Yeaaaa, lets post some video where i can show people how to ruin their phones, and after that they will come to me for repair!
The thing is clear that the phone had nand reballed before, or had board swap. You didnt show where you clean the underfill, you didnt tell how you come up with the repair, how you figured out that was a nand fault (4013), etc...
