mam what we are saying is that on the third dough, you used 3 cups 5 tbsp, in your 2 other videos ensaymada and ube ensaymada, you added just a cup considering you used exactly the same ingredients except for the 3rd dough. kindly check the description box...which is which mam? thanks and hoping for a response....God bless!
gen mitre - hi. I think she meant is 3 cups 5 tbsp total, like her other recipe for ensaymada dough. So the last step for the dough is 1 cup + 5 tbsp. 😊
Wow your ensaimada looks yummy Madam ask ko lang po salted po ba yung butter na ginamit nyo cuz the other ensaimada recipe that you did it has salt but this one it doesn’t have salt. salamat po in advance😊
Your procedure in making breads is longer than the usual recipes, really takes time but the outcome tho is always nice if not great.. you'll really see the difference. Specially, the pandesal. I tried almost all of your recipes lol! Hats off to you 👍👏 (i tried mixing all purpose and bread flour in this recipe, result is also good) 😋
So frustrating...i tried to bake this twice already, it’s still a flop! It just didn’t rise! I took the same process...what could be missing? It’s frustrating coz it takes all day to make it going through all the waiting of hours & hours to rise, then end-result is just a flop! What advice could you give?
If it doesn’t rise that means the yeast is either dead or expired, or you do not have the right temperature for the dough to rise , put the dough in the oven but do bot turn the oven on then in another bowl put hot boiling water and put this in the oven as well.
How about cake flour? is it okay to use it too? thanks! I've been following all your tasty recipes since last year, and it always turns out great my family and relatives loves it!
+Mary Grace Mercene cale flour is different, im not sure what the outcome of the bread if you use cake flour, cake flour is low in protein , which is not ideal for bread
+Maria Christina Yusay I am sure of the measurement , but you have to adjust ingredients since weather, type of flour, egg size is never the same all those things come into play when making bread. I don’t share recipe if I am not sure if it will work

Hi. This is so good. Just 1 question, how long or how many days would last the ensaymada? Thank you. 🙂
i'd like to try this, but without the cheese though, seems odd....
+TheSillygirl256 you should give it a try my husband was skeptical at first but as soon loved the idea. Why not try it with one bread .
the problem is, i don't like cheese, not really a big fan ;(

Bakit 3 steps ang pag gawa ng dough? Why not just 1 step? Just wanna know, i’m sure you have a good purpose in doing this.
It develops the taste of ensaymada.
