I would like to give some TIPS for the SICILIAN DEFENSE PLAYERS that may run across this line the name of this line that white is playing is called the Smith-Morra Gambit and The best response for black is not to take the Second pawn on c3 because if you do take it white gets a very fast development as you can see in this video so generally many Sicilian defense players now a days avoid taking the c3 pawn what they do instead is just push the pawn forward to d3 the sequence goes as following
    1.e4 c5
    2.d4 cxd4
    3.c3 d3
The reason they do this is because it doesn't let white have 2 pawns in the center and by having white pawn on c3 it stops the development of whites knight to c3 and generally white has to waste some time moving his knight/pawn around ultimately allowing black a chance not to be massively over run with white pieces.
    Sincerely, Sicilian defense player
P.S loved the video keep up the good work BYP

Thanks Kerry! I am a Smith Morra player, this is indeed one of my favourite openings.
However, what I usually do is bring the queen up to e2 pretty quickly to occupy the c and d files with my rooks.
This video has given me a wonderful idea though and from now on I think I'll not play queen e2 so readily and without a second thought anymore. :))
Beautiful video man, keep up the great work!!

Great lecture. Thanks. Both sides got fancy with their handling of the position, where black took on e5( I didn't see that coming), undermining the dark squared bishop and white of course has the last say with the queen sacrifice. ( I didn't see that coming either, lol.)

18:11 Instead of Qg4+ (which should lead to a mate in 7), Qh5 is a mate in 6. Here, black snatched the Q, which leads to the aforementioned mate in 2; instead Ng6 prolongs the mate.

The caro-kann has the best end-game pawn structure out of every single defense against the King's Pawn opening :)

The Morra Gambit likes to give up material for faster development, meaning it's White's job to maintain the initiative while attacking the King and it's Black's job to defend well while catching up on development... that's what I believe Silman might say when it comes to this particular opening.

I kind of laughed hard at 1. E5

17:20 instead of Nxf5 why not Qg4+ Black is forced Ng7 followed by Qxg7 checkmate. White wins anyway, but in two more moves.

Trying to figure out why a Bishop on A7 hitting F2 is good in some video's and bad in other's its not consistent.

+David Travis That Bishop only had influence on the a7 to g21 diagonal. It also wasn't coordinated with any other pieces. It wasn't really bad, but not as useful as white's. It was basically stuck in the corner. The bad bishop was the locked bishop on c8. The Rook was also blocked in, it would have required 3 moves to activate the other Bishop & Rook.

Nd4 by white is a blunder, it should have been taken with the bishop on a7 or the knight on c6

You are improving slowly. Your videos are much more watchable in a technical sense now. OK there are still some errors but that's to be expected, the point is the quality is much improved over early videos like "crushing your opponent slowly" I mean that video was entertaining because of your acting (not in a chess technical sense) but you must be able to look back on your early videos now and realise how dire they were in terms of instructional material ;)

The other black knight could have taken the white knight for free for it would have been defended by the other black knight so the white queen could not have taken it back.

If you are talking about The knight on c6 at 16:32 than the answer is NO that knight can not take the White knight otherwise it is checkmate in 2 here is the sequence if the black knight on C takes the white knight
Ncxd4 white move is Qg4+ at this point black has only 1 move that is to move his knight on f5 to g7 to block the check than white queen takes which is mate Qxg7#

No Master, let alone a GM would be playing black. An Expert could not play that badly. Black was a very low rated player, or the moves were manipulated from the original game.
