Mikyung did go to Colburn for her Artist Diploma, but she's been back in Seoul for the last few years. Hopefully she will be able to return to the US in the next year and thereafter. I wholeheartedly agree about the musicality of Mikyung's playing! She is the most emotionally expressive bassist I've ever heard.
