This one can get a bit wacky, especially near the end. The map is the same layout as from Night Hunt and each minor clan base that you need to subjugate is in the same spot. You get the most money from the three Goldaxe aligned clans immediately surrounding your base and I choose to go right first and bait out enemies rather than getting too stuck in the choke point. These close bases also do not rebuild units, so you can more carefully work through them. As soon as you destroy the town hall of any base on the map, all the other units will no longer be hostile.
I then make my way to the upper right as early as possible. This optional objective-not-objective nets you a unique encounter and some extra resources. The reward is most impactful early, so I try to get up there ASAP. For purely narrative purposes and because I am a bit weird, I find it satisfying to keep my minor clan bases alive after I absorb them. Make sure to get some additional workers for lumber early on and as supply opens up get some Witch Doctors for the healing sustain. Also 3-4 Demolishers; sniping the town halls turns all enemy units into allies and sends them out against the next closest clan. These work as great distractions, allowing you to find a route to the town hall and repeat the process without losing momentum.
I try to move through the map in one continuous motion and build some towers as I go as other clans will send out attack waves and destroy your allies' defenseless structures. The other two Goldaxe aligned bases are not required, but The Destroyer demands their gold so I will take it. Speaking of The Destroyer, he has Cleave and huge health pool. He is technically not a hero but can still be resummoned from an altar. The bro wants to be on the frontlines, so oblige him for the most value.
The final Blackrazor base is a bit... insane. They have many preplaced Clan Brutes - incredibly tanky melee units - and can build more as well. Once the base is antagonized, it tends to go into hypermode and you'll see a massive cluster of Clan Brutes start storming throughout the map. Their one key weakness is they do not do much damage to structures, so I build many towers outside of their base knowing it will be a bit of a back and forth.
Realistically, you need a plan to snipe the Blackrazor town hall because you will not be able to keep up with their unit production. You'll notice certain bases in Arkain have large numbers of preplaced units and these bases typically need two runs against them. The first is strictly to draw out and destroy the preplaced units. If you can do this and still have a near maxed army then keep the roll going, but most likely it will be best to back out, rebuild, then make a second run soon after. The preplaced units are usually* not replaced beyond the typical defensive force assigned to the base in question and you can approach the base like any other.
The Blackrazor base is a rare exception that will just keep churning out these super tanky units basically nonstop. You cannot permanently diminish their defense by peeling away preplaced units; they will all get replaced. With all this in mind, I kill as much as I can, back out briefly to my towers, then dive their town hall. The Destroyer is downed here for the first and only time this mission right in the front just as he always wanted, which makes way for my other units to get the objective.

    Good game.
I just realised the destroyer set up camp in a ruined human settlement.
    Rip humans.

I wonder how strong the blackrazor clan would be if ishzog didn't intervene.
