Now that's what I'm talking about Jason. I'll be looking for a pool villa later this year. That second one pushed all the buttons for me. I like how both the living room and one bedroom faced the very private pool area. Such an arrangement, with the living room facing the pool and garden has kind of the effect of creating the perception of extending the living space into the beautiful outdoors. Similar to my home here in Florida. High walls around the pool are a real selling point for me since i prefer to hang out by the pool, literally, au naturál with my guests. Didn't care much for that dated brown tile work in the bathroom....but that's just me. Otherwise, you're hitting the nail on the head for me by showing stuff in the 40-50K baht/month range. Appreciate it!
@@goodvibespattaya lolz. 2nd one reminds me of an interview with Shaquille O'neal. He has a crazy ass home in Florida (7,000 sq m) and he says he only ever goes into 2 rooms, his bedroom and the kitchen.
I don't get why none of these property reviewers on RUclips ever mention what the Home Owner Association fees are for the condos and homes that are in gated communities are.
Thanks, I have included body corporate fees in past videos on condos but didn’t ask on the last one in this video, obviously if renting it’s included, would you like me to ask the agent for you?
@@goodvibespattaya No. No. I'm not interested in these. I'm a couple of years away from being seriously in the market. My statement is a more general comment from what I have noticed and at times have wanted to know so I can somewhat know what the numbers are. I just think it would be a good thing to always include when talking about homes and condos that are for sale because it is a consideration. Especially in those buildings with 2 swimming pools etc.
Hi Elizabeth, there is free wifi in the building but it drops out occasionally so I purchased a portable router through an internet provider called True and it works perfectly for me and my needs, I would need to run a speed test if you want me too?
@@goodvibespattaya I was asking if hardwire line/high speed is an option or could be installed and activated? (I work from home and need 400-500mb download)

Mal here going down to pattaya or jomtein January 20 to February 18 got any suggestions? For a month ? I am one of your subscribers. How is mum and dad doing
Hi Mal, mum and dad are both fully recovered and thank you for asking. I made a video on the TJ hotel in Jomtien and it’s very nice and well priced and also looking at a couple of others today. If you want a condo/apartment you might need to check AirBnB or Agoda as the agents that show me condos don’t do short term.
@@goodvibespattaya they are very nice homes and good to see you showing these to use from time to time alongside the condos. I've done some googling on Bang Saray in the past and it looks like a lovely alternative to Patts and is not too far away for a mad night out.
The last villa is beautiful..
And the last is finally a house I would buy ...
Thanks for sharing Jason, 2nd villa ticked all the boxes for me, last one was nice but way too big, regards from England 🍺🍺👍

The villas are beautiful! A bit overkill for a single guy 😀 but man they are beautiful.
