Nice drill sequence! There are a few more basics I would suggest: 1. High backboard layups. This is more important for high level players who face tall athletic shotblockers who can affect shots above the rim. 2. Running backboard layups from side. It's the same form as a floater, except you use the backboard since you are coming from a side angle.
10x on each hand Normal layups Reverse layups(pinkie towards basket) Underhand scoops Side scoops ( thumb towards basket) Inside hand ( pinkie towards basket) Eurostep floater
Just wanted to let you know I’ve been watching ur videos and I’ve been practicing all summer. Last year I couldn’t make the jv team as a freshman. We just had tryouts and now I am actually a contender to be on the varsity squad! Just wanted to say thank you for the help, and for anyone that is reading this comment I want to let you know that if you work hard enough the game will come to you, but only if you work. no days off!
on my first try i got 11:45 minutes and seconds the thing i need to work on more is my inside hand for both hands hope i reach 7 minutes wish me luck yaw boys

Can you please make part 2 on defense like how to guard different types of players like shifty or strong opponents
I’ll work on it. Definitely tough👍🏽
Ryan Razooky Basketball thank u this will really take my game to the next level coach
KontrollFreekk 24 do defensive shuffles every day
That would be very tough because lots of players have different skill set embedded with there natural skills
Keep some space when gaurding shifty players. He may shoot over you but the chances he makes it are lower than blowing by you and makong a layup
ty bro I will try this tomorrow
How do you not have at least 💯 k subs
King Taishi facts bro idk
Would using a medicine ball help (like a weighted basketball? )
Hating ass people on god.

Do you have any videos on how to improve your weak hand? If not please make on
Use your weak hand.
Thx .... for the vid
Lil bay euro 😂 coach nothing on your channel is easy since I discovered you
Is there ever times when you should spin the ball away from the basket? I sometimes see NBA players do this when they throw is hard at the backboard.
Thank you so much for this I hope you see this
Wats gud coach

I’m putting it out there for beginners

@@R2bball Thanks!!

Finishing is a 7 Minute Drill?
It's about reps
Almost 666 likes 0 dislikes
Day 1 23:18
Day 1: 12:33 (a lot of time spent on left hand euro floater)
Day 2: 11:58
If you play actual athletes these basics will be useless. Best stick to finishing with floaters and high backboard bankers.
🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
Im the 100th comment 🙂
U cant be making vids with the net in that condition. Cmon man lol jus kidding, but its hard to ignore.
