thank you so much! I'm now into 8 months of postpartum and honestly I wasn't in a rush to lose the weight, I was more focused on being healthy & well. around the post-delivery 6 month mark is when I started to exercise again & get really intentional about what I was eating. I eat a very protein-rich diet and do low impact workouts 3-4 times a week! & CONGRATULATIONS SO EXCITED FOR YOU!!
Do u pump still? Or did u quit pumping as well and just formula feed? Was the transition easy for the baby
my supply naturally started to drop when I was 5.5 months, so I weaned her off & now she’s just on formula & solids! the transition was surprisingly easy for her, I thought it would be tricky to make the transition from breast to formula, but I introduced formula while breastfeeding. she’s been drinking the byheart formula & it’s been great!

its better not to shake the bottle to avoid bubbles.🥰
After I shake the bottle I usually let it sit for a bit so the bubbles calm down :)
