My daughter is turning one on Monday and I'm emotional remembering her delivery and those first few weeks. I walked around with my breast friend pillow the exact same way. So happy you had a great birth story I did too ❤ what a beautiful video to capture these moments!

In Mexico we have a similar 40 day diet i was so happy to have my mom at home during the first week she helped me so much by cooking for me those healthy stews and healthy food for my body to recover also at first i would breast feed and pump just in case baby needed milk when I wasn’t there and honestly baby hated the frozen milk lol i stopped pumping and just feed on demand and it took so much stress off because i stopped worrying if baby was eating enough i would just feed her everytime she wanted and even if it was for short times and so far i think that helped sooooo much so far im at 1 year and 3 months breast feeding anyways best of luck enjoy it and try not to stress to much the stress is not worth it sooooo happy for yall heart❤
I love that you did your version of the first 40 days as well! I justtt got done with my 40 days & personally I enjoyed all the warm soups and broths too :) that's amazing you've been breastfeeding for a year! & thank you so much!!
@@ellenvlora same i enjoyed them to but towards the end i was already excited to eat the normal food lol and about feeding yes longer then i thought i was planning on breast feeding for at least 5 months because i didnt think my body would go for longer but i soon realized the longer i went the easier it went lol the first 2 months are uncomfortable a bit because you feel the let down of the milk and as months go by you dont get that feeling no more and your breast dont get engorged as much and as fast , so you dont feel the urge to feed or pump it comes in handy when your out and you feed baby and not worry about washing bottles lol or if baby ate long enough and with the milk I pumped that the baby didnt get to drink i would use to give her milk baths sometimes and even tempted on making milk soap 🧼 i watched so many videos on breastfeeding and pumping and how to have more back up milk that when baby was here all that planning was almost out the drain and just went with the flow , also if your pumping? The momcozy was super easy to use and it came in handy when i would get ready just put it in my bra and pump or when in the house a lot of people would get 2 one for each side and i just got one and it worked too , saved my self some money haha. Anyyyyyy way yea super happy to see you both on this journey its beautiful and time flies take many many pictures because babies groooww soooo much literally every week ❤️

Congratulations 🎈 did the pushing really hurt when you pushing a baby out and pushing the planeta out to as well I’m very scared
I did an epidural, so there was no pain - I just felt a bit of pressure! the placenta came out on its own! doing meditations pre and during labor helped me a lot with visualizations when pushing our babygirl!
