whenever i watch your videos, specially routine videos, I realize what i'm doing wrong. I spend most of my day watching stuffon youtube, not taking care of myself, being lazy etc, and then I wonder why i feel so anxious and 'busy'. Today i'll try to take a self-care chill night (and i'll try to make it technology free) and beinf mindful. thank you for being a role model 🥺🥺
after the ending, i was like... that was so chill.- like i just came back to my room crying becuz my parents were being mean abt scl and then seeing u and bts in one calming video made me rlly happy T-T Nina's the best ^-^

Meditation really can help. It’s basically you learning to quiet your mind, quiet your heart, quiet your soul, and open your spirit. Perfect time to filter all of your thoughts/emotions and limit social media intake to just be one with yourself for a bit. A lot of us run on autopilot, and I feel meditation is a great way to snap us out of that mode. 🙌🏽

Just a tip! The corsx pimple patches aren’t effective when applied on top of products and especially moisturizers!!! Make sure on cleansed skin you apply the patches first and then go ahead with your skincare products.
