Ghee, doodh aur dahi hamare bataye hue ratio ke hisab se lenge toh soft banegi. Aur maide ko 15 - 20 mins gunthna bhi hai.... Kafi logo ne hame bataya ki unka achchha bana aur photo bhi send ki unho ne.....aap ek aur baar try karein, achchha he banega!!

Well, that's completely fine if you don't wish to use colour. It anyway won't affect the taste of the bread. It's just how the traditional sheermal looks like.....
