This is Jemani Gimbap in the video.
In Jemani Gimbap,
The hard labor is handled by the kimbap machine, and people can focus more on using good food ingredients and providing warm and friendly customer service.
By combining food tech, we succeeded in making the world's first gimbap restaurant franchise that can be operated by one person, and we are currently preparing to enter the US mainland, Hawaii and Vietnam markets as well as Korea.

계란 말이 김밥도 맛있겠지만 우리집에선 엄마가 김밥 싸고 그거 좀 먹다가 냉장고에 넣어서 보관한 다음에 먹고싶을때는 꺼내서 계란에 부쳐서 먹는데 진짜 맛있어요!! 그렇게 해먹으면 3줄 쌉가능!!

Korean must be super competitive and open to ideas, if their food is that varied and creative. Putting traditional korean gimbab with modern ingredients and techniques to suit the younger generations. I am just green with envy on how fast forward thinking they are in term of culture.

I once ate a whole raw package by itself when I was starving, and I've been having a bad reaction to it ever since.
I love the general idea of the recipe, but I'd much rather try it with some "grass paper" or "spinach paper" or "sorrel paper" or something like that, if such things even exist.
I believe your mis-fortunes with the ingredient boils down to how you ate it, and in what quantities.
