Safety videos in the 90's had a similar presentation style but this has honestly got to be one of the most streamlined examples I've ever seen.. quick, professional, to the point. Videos like this don't work nowadays though - it has to be attention grabbing, and engaging. Thankfully that might have been what ended the once ubiquitous practice (at least in the US) where the airline's chairman/ CEO would get on camera before the safety video and blabber on for 1-2 minutes about how they're the "hardest working in the industry" or some other corporate puff piece that sounded like it was pulled from their most recent shareholder's meeting.
There will be more of these made nowadays. They're much better than the current ones. That's the reason why I'm planning to put together a Retro Decade Revival Project. Our goal is to bring old school, real entertainment, true talent, pure originality and innovation and more back into the public mainstream, ranging from the 1980s to the Victorian era.

Plus, you can help out with the crowdfunding with either Kickstarter or Patreon. That way, we'll have all we need to bring the good old days back into the mainstream.
