Great question. It's hard to tell short term, but I think we will see some big changes moving forward long term. Fire risks have always been real here in California. I think insurance will be harder to get for sure, which would mean having to prioritize it.
Our current home in AZ is more than twice the size of this in a non HOA area-do such things exist in CA in a safe from fire zone; for a decent-ish price? Likely not, but if so, what is the price range, and where are they located ? I can call or email if thats better

I believe it! SoCal is expensive. Shoot us an email and we can definitely recommend some areas that are more affordable and still amazing
