- Introducing CAST, a combination of certified over-ear hearing protection with our most functional job site communication features.
Built on Mesh-Only communication technology, Cast stands out with its seamless and reliable user connectivity, durability, and improved construction, proving a durable, long-lasting device.
Mesh intercom technology uses the same 2.4 GHz frequency range as wifi and Bluetooth, but Mesh provides high audio quality compared to two-way radios. Compared to Bluetooth technology, Mesh allows virtually unlimited users to connect with one click of a button. Mesh will always find the best signal to keep you connected.
Cast can be worn over the head or mounted onto a hard hat for optimal protection and comfort.
Get the most out of Cast's features, like Mesh networking, radio connectivity, and advanced noise control.

Are you still able to pair with others that may have older sena units that aren’t as nice and new as the cast?
Hi, do you have any details on how the Cast is different from the Tufftalk M. I have a bunch of Tufftalk M's, and was looking to pick up a few more, and it wasn't obvious to me what the differences between these two models are.
Hi. Here are some of the differences between the Cast and the Tufftalk M. First, the Cast uses Mesh Intercom only for intercom communications whereas the Tufftalk M can use Mesh Intercom and Bluetooth Intercom. Second, the Cast has one more hour of talk time through Mesh Intercom at 9 hours. Next, the Cast has 7 buttons on the headset compared to the Tufftalk M which has 4 buttons. The additional buttons on the Cast that the Tufftalk M does not have is the Ambient Mode Button to hear external audio, a Mic Mute Button to mute your microphone and a built-in Push-to-Talk Button. Next, the Cast supports a direction connection using a supported cable to a handheld two-way radio which can be triggered using the built-in Push-to-Talk Button. Next, the Cast use a removeable 1100 mAh rechargeable battery or 3 x AAA batteries while the Tufftalk M uses a non-removeable 1,400 mAh rechargeable battery. Next, the Cast has a USB-C port for charging the battery and performing firmware updates but the Tufftalk M has a microUSB port for charging the battery and performing firmware updates. Lastly, the noise cancellation certifications are different between the Cast and the Tufftalk M.
Thanks for breaking it down for me, I appreciate it. Sounds like the Cast has several upgrades. I particularly like the dedicated button for mute, that is very handy.@@senatechnologies
