With a counter-balance weight in the butt of the shaft, so much for shortening the butt-end of the shaft to a more comfortable length.

He mentioned it's a plug, so you should be fine. The great part about it is they can change the weight of the plug as needed to keep the desired swing weight, even with different grips or club lengths.

The comment about the Tensei Orange shaft was confusing...."Thats going to be the shaft that produces the highest trajectory relative to our Tour shaft...." The Tensei Orange CK shaft is shown as a Mid launch Low spin shaft.

To clarify, what Marty is saying here is that among the stock shaft offerings, aside obviously from the high-launching Alta options, the Tensei Orange CK will launch higher than the Tour 65 and Tour 75 shafts, as well as the Even Flow Black. You're correct that the Orange CK is a mid-launch shaft but the others are all low-launch shafts. Hope that makes sense. Thanks.

Why isnt CB Slate available in G410 driver/fairway wood? The CB Red is actually 2 tone- red and dark, very distracting when setting up. Plus, G410 is so much classier looking than G415, which looks tacky with chrome insert on head & too much white paint

    What's the difference between a Project X Even Black 75, X-stiff and a Ping TOUR 75 X-stiff shaft???

DO NOT GET EVEN FLOW SHAFT! I am an average distance guy, maybe even a little less and I broke the even flow shaft that was just purchased last September. Keep in mind I don’t play in the cool months.

Say "technology" 500 times and it makes the, oh another buzz word... "product".. better. 😁
$450 for a driver is beyond crazy.
Later this year I'll pick up a used G400 Max for a lot less at...2nd Swing.

Bill Malec yes each year there will be new bigger and better “technology” and “product” advancements for all golf equipment. There is nothing wrong with being cutting edge and upgrading to the latest and greatest just like there is nothing wrong with playing with or purchasing a previous years model. That’s why we have both available for everyone.
