I’m going through the end of season blues, should have done more races, should have trained more, different, planned better, etc. Since I can’t change it I decided do focus on what I can, I still a couple of running races, so going to enjoy the privilege of being healthy enough to compete.

Ha normally just remove these “offering SEO business” comments but have to have laugh at yours - my channel grew by 5k subscribers and close on 75k views last month - I am doing just fine - thanks for the offer to help 😉
