how is this cop catching speeders driving down the road? hmmmm that means that he was shooting his radar gun while driving which is distracting him from what's ahead which could cause someone else to be injured. I appreciate him doing his job buuuuuuut he should be looked into as well for doing such things. @LawAndCrime
Why do you continue to promote this Brady list officer? Sheriff Lamb shouldn't be using this deputy to promote his department and law enforcement in general because of his history of untruthfulness that got him on the Brady list in Maricopa County Arizona! Please quit showing this arrogant untrustworthy deputy he's a disgrace to the profession!

Regardless, they will not care even if they find themselves behind bars. Once they're out, they will be behind the wheel and not care if they recieved lawful punishment.

In Ontario Canada, if you're 30mph over the limit, you lose your licence for 30 days AND you lose your car for 14 days.

Why didn't the woman with no drivers license or insurance, multiple failures to appear, and two sons with no drivers license have her car towed? She's not going to change her ways unless she sees some actual consequences.

My biggest turn off is being on the phone while driving, I don't care if you're at a red light you don't need to be on social media at a red light, nothing is that important to be on your phone while your car is on and you're in the drivers seat. Don't use your phone while driving.
I drove for about 50 years. I never felt the overwhelming need to be chatting on the phone while driving at any time in those years.
I am one of those people who would unplug my phone if I did not feel like being bothered by calls.

Missouri amended it so that manipulating your phone whatsoever is illegal. So the whole "oh, I was just on GPS", or "I was just changing songs on Spotify" go out the window. The amount of people completely engaged with their phones is crazy!

@@Negotiator007 That's kind of brilliant actually. If you are on your phone but just doing a 1 tap thing like fixing gps or changing a song, that's only an issue if it's making you drive unsafely, since you wouldn't even get pulled over unless you're driving is bad enough to be pulled over.

I don't care about not wearing a seat belt, because it only hurts the driver. I think seat belt tickets are a money grab and an overreach. An adult should be able to make that decision themselves. Children, on the other hand, should have to wear seat belts by law.

An easily preventable death or severe injury from being too lazy to put on a seatbelt would also hurt the drivers relatives and friends emotionally. Would the "seatbelted by law" children sitting in the back not be hurt by their father or mothers decision to not wear a seatbelt and die as a result?

If they are doing a criminal speed they should get a criminal ticket. No discretion. If their license is revoked or suspended their car gets towed.

This cop is a good balance of assertive when dealing with idiots who deserve punishment and cool with people who don't normally break traffic laws.
I don't work at that medical plaza but as someone in the medical field it's probably one of the highlights of their day. I know at my work when something like this happens at least one person is watching and relaying all that's happening to the others! So stay safe! Keep up the good work! I was looking at my DL a month or two ago and noticed IT WAS EXPIRED!! I had a licensed driver quickly drive me to the MVD to get it renewed. Why are people out on the highway without license/insurance and registration? I am very very far from rich. Not a lot of money but still was able WTF?
