Man Gets Out of Prison, Deputy Pulls Him Over for 'Driving Dirty'

- A man was pulled over for allegedly going 33 miles per hour over the speed limit just days after getting out of prison. Pinal County Sheriff’s deputy Frank Sloup gave the guy a break, stating he wanted to give him a “chance to start getting his life back into line.”

If he's out on parole, he could be violated, revoked and sent back to prison for this. Hope he notifies the right people quickly and takes responsibility for violating his conditions.

That ticket is going to be expensive, though. Over $500. All he had to do was not speed and spend $15 on a 30 day tag for his truck. Nobody would have known about the license.

When someone is honest about stuff, it’s a beginning, sometimes people take time to get from one side of the tracks to the other! I know someone and I would trust him more than my mother! He has a felony and he has turned into a phenomenal person!

This made me cry ! i know what getting out is ! it s not easy ! but if i was in this situation i wouldn t over speed, looking for trouble ! Yu re a great man, down to earth ! Thanks for showing us ! last time i got out of jail was in 1980 went to clear myself in Mexico for 1 year, then made my way up to be a trucker for 35 years coast to coast in Canada. Now retired, i m 67 years old and enjoy home after living in trucks all those years ! thanks for reading my comment ! Happy Easter ! 😎🤠

Man, same. Crazy. Then probably be in the hole and barely be able to afford to even get the car out of impound scrounging together any money I had and then still have to wait for pay day all while the impound is racking up even more fees every day I don't pay to get it out.

Pro-tip: Never go more than 6 mph over the speed limit and you will NEVER get a speeding ticket! Been doing this for 29 years.

I got pulled over for 1 mph over on the interstate in Oklahoma got searched they found nothing let go with a verbal warning I was clearly targeted as I was in a rental with Florida plates driving back home to Charleston SC from Las Vegas.
When have they ever allowed someone to drive off with no tag or license? 🤔 They ALWAYS tow the vehicle & make them get a ride. 🙃
He addressed that awhile back, but apparently the powers that be, stopped towing. He did remove the plate, and while it looked like he was going to let him drive off, we didn't actually see that happen.

They tow vehicles when someone gets a DUI, has an expired tag/registration, doesn't have a valid DL, etc. like the 14 y/o at the end.

I completely disagree. Most cops are not on a TV show acting on their best behavior. We do not know the true personality of this officer. I will give him the benefit of the doubt, but your statement saying "like most cops" is erroneous.

I have two kids and I was an EMT for three years I’ve never heard of any pregnant women not being allowed to drive, unless she had other medical issues or if they are in the last trimester and on bedrest other than that she should be perfectly fine to drive.

Driving during pregnancy is not illegal. The OBGYN physician may advise or prohibit a woman not to drive during her pregnancy depending on her overall medical condition. It is a case-by-case basis. But that does not justify putting a 14 y/o behind the wheel and putting the public at risk. She was going to an appointment. If she had an emergency, she could have called an ambulance..

Sheriff Sloup's attitude and behavior towards the people he pulls over reflects in how pretty much every one of the people is, not only respectful back to him, but also admit to what they did. Sloup is so patient despite what people do and say. Favorite quote from this episode: "Your windows look like the inside of my eyelids." 🤣

To all those people out there that don't like Frank, this is why you should. It would have been really easy for him to write a criminal citation or even take him to jail and violate his parole. The only time you could not drive while you're pregnant is, if your Doctor explicitly says do not drive. Especially since she looks like she's maybe 2 months a long, so I really doubt her Doctor explicitly told her not to drive.
