    Wow Darin, that was absolutely great. Every minute of this video presentation was worth watching. I enjoyed your favorite push up technique (while lifting the dumb-bells) and the two plank techniques you demonstrated, the most. I'll be back to fill you in on my results for the 3-minute push up technique, with proper technique, of course.

    Some great stuff! I've noticed most of my friends tend to overlook the benefit of exercise outside just because they don't have machines to use.

    hello Darin, i'm a big fan, been watching your videos for a while now; I am 5'9, I was 335lbs and now I weigh 240lbs; my goal is 235lbs, I want to start weight training; I am no beginner, i was doing 4 sets of 15 with 225lbs and maxed out at 350 and i workout with 50lb dumbells with no prob, do you think i should lose the last 5lbs 1st or can i start weight training now, do you have any suggestions on full body workouts. Thanks

    if the different push ups were targeting different muscles then is it fine to do push ups everyday but just switch in between the styles?
    will sucking in the the belly button help abdominals while doing regular push ups?
    can the abdominals be worked out everyday since it is in push up workouts?
    these are my questions regarding push ups i hope to hear a reply,im sure those who actually care about fitness are also wondering

    You can lose the last 5lbs and weight train at the same time. Try HST training, 3x per week.
