Tuna Pasta Salad || Perfect for work!

- Hey foodies, today I made a quick tuna pasta salad! You can literally make it in under 15 minutes, perfect for work! :) Quick and easy lunch meals are important especially if there’s no left overs from the night before.
Here’s what you’ll need(serves 4/5):
2 tins of tuna
2 cups mayonnaise (gradually add more if you need to)
1/3 cucumber
1 cup lettuce
1/2 red onion
1 spring onion
1 tbsp fresh lemon / 1/3 fresh lemon juice
2 cups boiled pasta
Seasonings:
1/2 tsp salt (to your taste)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika

I made this minus lettuce added tomorrow olive, sun dried tomatoes and fresh mozzarella with parsley, italian season, raw honey fresh squeeze lemon and a pinch of red crushed pepper and slices a boiled 🥚
Anything else? Did you add the entire supermarket to it aswell?

I made this. I added olives, parsley, tomatoes, Lawry's seasoning salt minus the lettuce

Made this without the lettuce and added it when just about to eat to keep the crunch. I really enjoyed it but, personally I will probably add less raw onion next time. Work…meetings, onion breath…..🤷

What measurements are going by cause 1 and half Cups is 360ml and that was around 2 table spoons of mayo.

Adding Greek yogurt with mayonnaise is also a good idea.
But is it Ok yogurt with tuna ? I heard that we can’t combine them😒
Sweetcorn in there would have made it go from a 9 to a 10

How do you mask or lessen the tuna smell when prepping for the next day as a work lunch??
I hope you try it. When it's chilled like this, the smell is very subtle and much more pleasant. (You don't need to heat it since it's already cooked but heating it would make it smell.)

Add to your preference she clearly likes more mayo? And tbh mayo is one of those condiments that when used with tuna or pasta you do need a fair amount in order for it not to be dry 🤷🏽♀️
