This video is loaded with so much info, I’m going to have to watch more than once. I appreciate the ultra slow mo shots with Yasemin because my brain would not otherwise be able to process exactly what is being explained. In the water I often think I’m doing it right, but I’m totally not. Without visuals like this, I tend to make the same mistakes. Can’t wait to take this course with you guys once it becomes available. Thank you for this!

Thanks Erin! I think that explaining this skill as a series of mechanically motivated actions is probably the easiest way to understand it, and so that's what we tried.

Fantastic explanation! I love how you break down the steps but then seamlessly put them together with the video to show it. I found myself trying to think of each step as I’m doing my entry. The slow motion video with each description is so helpful. Thank you so much!!

I really appreciate you for taking the time to explain the entry technique. It helped me a lot, I had no forward momentum and tend to stop as I was about to dive. Thankyou! Subscribed.

I just came across your channel and obviously I just subscribed. Tons of great info that I will implement this summer, thanks a million for not just your teaching but for the way you deliver it 😎 .. Googled you as well did not know you trained several world record holder free divers ! Needless to say when I heard the accent I was like “this guy is Cuban” and Yeap Cienfueguero ! I’m from Santiago de Cuba. Anyhow I’ll watch and pay close attention to your vids and teaching. Thanks

Thank you for this great video! I am looking forward to more videos. We've never met in person but I've always heard your names with Yasemin at ODTU SAT. My guess for the scientific name of this fish is Lobotes surinamensis.

See Air launched a kickstarter campaign was backed by 2000 backers and collected about $700K . Then it simply vanished without delivering the perks. This was just a scam ! 😡
