I appreciate the ultra slow mo shots with Yasemin because my brain would not otherwise be able to process exactly what is being explained. In the water I often think I’m doing it right, but I’m totally not. Without visuals like this, I tend to make the same mistakes. Thanks Erin! I think that explaining this skill as a series of mechanically motivated actions is probably the easiest way to understand it, and so that's what we tried.
Fantastic explanation! I love how you break down the steps but then seamlessly put them together with the video to show it. I found myself trying to think of each step as I’m doing my entry. The slow motion video with each description is so helpful. Thank you so much!!

Googled you as well did not know you trained several world record holder free divers ! Needless to say when I heard the accent I was like “this guy is Cuban” and Yeap Cienfueguero ! I’m from Santiago de Cuba. Anyhow I’ll watch and pay close attention to your vids and teaching. Thanks
