How to insulate your van with insulation fleece (recycled plastic bottles)

It's time to put back on the wooden panels in our vito van, we've covered them in a black stretch fabric to smarten them up but before that we may as well add some insulation for the future. We've decided on insulation fleece which is made from recycled plastic bottles and available at a local DIY store in a roll and the benefit is if it gets wet it can easily dry unlike traditional glass or even rockwool type insulation which tends to soak up water etc.
