- Along with his announcement on small businesses and apprenticeships, Rishi Sunak also unveiled a new taskforce to boost private investment in organisations led by women.

The co-chair of the new organisation, Debbie Wosskow, an entrepreneur, former adviser to the Conservative government and a non-executive director of Channel 4, was at today's event with the prime minister.

@chinny_reckon it's all about immigrants with the right wings. They always forget about the public services. If the tories cut the national insurance any further that's the nhs gone and reform they want providers involved in the nhs which are private companies. The rich and right wing are basically scared of a labour government. I don't like starmer but I think the country may improve slightly.

I don't think pandering to women is forcing them Into leaving someone else to look after their babies as they go out to work, that's not good for women, children or society.
