"I've always been a completely normal UK taxpayer" is something I'd imagine an alien trying to fit in with humans to say. 😂
Lol.. Such a strange phrase.
He said tax player
His brief case is holds his secret magic powers
Well it all depends on the perspective. Someone questioned his green card status and how her wife isn't British. So if defending oneself is alien then good lord we have been alien to this planet for a long long time!!

It genuinely hurts me in my heart. And, to clarify, I had a very fortunate upbringing. But, it's the fact that those words are, to him, a joke. That means something, and it isn't something good.
Same here😂😂😂😂
Doesn't outweird Truss though, who gives the impression of having escaped from a scene in The Shining.
Here’s . . Rishi!!!

It's not an inspiring line-up. However. Truss strikes me as the greater liability. Let's not forget her ridiculous (and illegal) suggestion that Britons could fight in Ukraine if they wanted to. Swiftly corrected by the Minister for Defence.
😄
If this is what constitutes someone being "insanely weird," then I should probably be in a maximum security psychiatric ward.
Same.
Maximum security psychiatric ward? Good idea.
For Rishi to be locked in…
This was all standard British behaviour other than not having working class friends

Usually politicians are caught out on not knowing how much a pint of milk costs. Sunak doesn't even know how to pay for a pint of milk. How a man who doesn't know how normal people pay for things is supposed to relate to the financial struggle people are in right now is beyond me.
I honestly couldn’t tell you how much a pint of milk costs. I don’t think most people could (as most of us probably don’t buy single pints and get a family one) but you’d think politicians would rehearse the prices as it’s such an obvious question they’ll be asked.

Interviewer: "What's your favourite bread?"
Politician: "Look, I'm on this programme to discuss policies that honest, normal, working people across this country want to hear about, and if you'd let me finish...I think it's perfectly right that bread choices in our supermarkets are forever continually expanding so that the British consumer has the best choice of bread selection available to them"

Politician: "Listen, I'm not interested in going back to the dark days of smaller bread selections in our supermarkets, and I think your viewers will agree with me, and while you might be interested in trying to get me to name my favourite type of bread, I don't think that's what your viewers, or indeed the wider British public will be interested in as they sit around their breakfast table this morning"

Jesus Christ he can’t even say he’s a “normal UK tax payer” with a straight face
His money is currently sitting in bank accounts outside of the UK
...because no normal tax payer would ever refer to themself as a normal tax payer.
What happens when an out of touch Wealthy Hedge fund manager becomes an MP and potentially the Next Prime Minister
It's simple. He will make himself and his wife trillionaires and will make the rest of the country poorer. What else do you expect from sleazy Fishy Riashi the snake!. You don't believe me? Wait 6 months.
God help us all
Nothing new, that's what happens, nothing new, nothing different to the last 40 years, the same managed decline of the majority workforce as the rich minority extract ever more from them while paying them ever less in real terms. The UK average wage when you account for inflation over 40 years has not budged in 40 years, meanwhile 68% of the UK earn LESS than the UK average wage, with 53% of them earning less than £22500 a year. The bottom half of the UK have been rendered as poor or poorer by the time every prime minister left office over the last 40 years no matter who it was that entered it. There was a political candidate that wanted to change that but 65% of my elders crawled over broken glass to elect a thieving lying adultering racist crooked bastard over a life long humanitarian advocate for the working classes.
The only people among the workers who have been protected by policy from this onslaught from the failures of capitalism, are pensioner/homeowner boomers and genXers, barely any millennials own a home by comparison, and millennials are the first generation since records began, to be rendered poorer than there parents during their time, despite millennials working longer hours, and with more people in work per household than their parents day,
So like I say friend, what difference will he make to most of us being in the gutter already. Any further and things will simply catch fire.
I mean just look at house prices, if me and my partner, both millennials, moved in together and want to buy a house, even the shit ones that need lots of work tend to be at least 12 times our income and now I have a two and a half grand electric bill a year just for being a single person using meager amounts of energy but being rinsed by prepayment, no hope of ever saving for a deposit with incomes the same as they were in the 1980's when you account for inflation, but with 2020's costs of living that rose vastly more than inflation year on year due to the privatisation of everything mostly by Tories.
My current landlord has had £70,000 out of me here, I don't own a screw, I work, he goes on holiday with the wealth i worked to create and handed to him for no work himself. Tory Britain, good for the minority landlords, good for the minority capitalist classes, good for the politicians and media pundits in their pockets, not for anyone else.
