Olivia seems to have an affinity for portraying troubled queens. I'm really going to miss her in the last two seasons, but I can't wait to see Imelda Staunton's royal take! 👑😍
The scene where Elizabeth and Philip talk about their favorite child and when Philip leaves the room without answering for her who her favorite is. The way she calls out his name "Philip!" cracks me up every time.
I love the scene where PM Wilson is telling the Queen about Margaret's shenanigans when she visited then President Johnson, it's so hilarious and Olivia's reactions are priceless.
This scene after Margaret's suicidal behavior, when the queen coming with a tear in her eyes telling her sister how actually she cares about her despite everything around them, made me cry. Just the simple and strongest emotional moment in the show I think
She sort of screwed him over in seson 3 so we see where Charles's behavior towards diana came from his mother was cold to him and so the abuse continues
Charles had it coming, I find it hard to feel sympathy for him at all. Regardless of whether this interacrion actually happened behind closed doors, it was golden entertainment.
I remember when season 3 started and I initially really missed Claire Foy and didn’t think I’d like Olivia Coleman as Elizabeth… but after a few episodes I came to absolutely love her. Season 4 was definitely her best season (though both are good). Season 4 really showed her witty personality as Elizabeth.
The actor they casted as "the intruder" was in Sherlock as the crackhead he once recruited to be his wing man. This scene was like a crossover and he was perfectly casted. 😂

I prefer the scene where she made clear to Diana that she knew about her adultery with different men. There comes a point when you have to grow up and stop pretending that all you are is an innocent little girl, who is not responsible for her actions.

I am going to miss Olivia Colman portrayal of Queen Elizabeth II but I'm very excited to see Dolores's take on it ❤❤😄😄 my Harry Potter fans will understand the reference
I'm amazed at how people commend the Queen for scolding Charles, being fierce and cold, but has anyone actually ever thought about the possibility that the Queen's to blame for the way Charles is, despite his shortcomings? Coldness is not necessarily a good thing nor a good trait to have too much... The inability to display emotions isn't healthy nor productive (depending on the situation, of course, but in the Queen's case, that's very imbedded in her, legend has it.
Many people of the Queens generation can come across that way at times. It might seem old fashioned to us, but it is how people were brought up, not to show emotions, especially in public.
Just because you were brought up on something doesn't make it right. That being said, I still applaud the Queen for having to go through all those tough times with a brave face and fierce dedication towards her duty. Can't imagine anyone pulling that off for at least 70 years!
@@BillyButcher90 No it doesn't make it right, but that's still how that generation was raised, like generations before and generations after. I wouldn't expect them to suddenly start being emotional in public just because times have changed though when they have lived the vast majority of their lives that way.
Why are people blaming the Queen? Prince Philip surely was hard on Charles especially as the eldest son. I mean he's the reason Charles went to school in Scotland

#4 breaks my heart. Queen Elizabeth and her father were supposed to live simple lives with little royal duties. Still, I'm glad she ended up on the throne instead of her racist uncle.
@@theothersideofjen THIS!!! People may not believe it Elizabeth was always going to be queen because Edward was never going to have a heir. Elizabeth’s reign was just going to be shorter.

I've asked many people who say they're fans of OC what they think of Peep Show. Most haven't seen it & some haven't even heard of it! How can they be a fan of an actress & not have heard of what's by far her longest role?!
I know, that show has been around since 2003, and it's amazing that it's apparently a foreign concept to them. However, they might be more familiar with Broadchurch.

I would have preferred to have watched the clips without too much interruption from the voiceover, thank you.
All are so cute and nice people ...
@@trinaq PS began in 2003.
One person who said they're a big fan of OC said that they're never going to watch PS because they "don't watch sitcoms". That's like someone saying they're a big fan of Steve Carell but will never watch The Office for the same reason!
The show that put permanently on the map! And it was hilarious 🤣
some people just don't realize what there missing here.
@@MetalRocksMe. Yet the large majority of people have never seen PS.
Olivia and David Tennant are superb wonderfully talented and very nice British actors! Yet their net worth is $4 million each!
Robert Downey Jr made $50 million for 37 minutes in Endgame. I know that the MCU films make billions but really?
