Interesting fact. This is the pinball machine Rocky was playing inside the bar during Rocky V when Tommy Gunn comes in challenging Rocky Balboa to a fight.
It makes that noise when the gate is open. We film with the glass off, so unfortunately, it's louder than normal. The mechanism could be cleaned up, but the noise isn't actually hurting anything.
You have the gate in the wrong position. It is supposed to be facing to the right when the gate is "closed". When it opens, then it gives access to the second flipper return lane. You are ruining the motor for the gate while it's buzzing.
@@pinfixin3526 The gate works in similar fashion as electromechanical pinball relay. Switch blades are used as a spring to get the gate to initial position if the coil is deactivated. This buzzing noise is caused by the plate not touching the coil properly.
@@Titanic4 Thanks for the info! I have never had my gate in the wrong position, and have never seen it like that on any of the other Future Spas I've played, including my own. I wasn't sure since it is incorrect.
Sounds like the game Silverball Mania and Space Invaders! Classic pinball machines! Harlem Globetrotters on Tour is my favorite pinball machine all time! Kiss and Playboy were another Bally classics!
BTW, this video isn't showing up in the channel's Video sections, nor in my Subscriptions... I only found it by coming through the (awesome new) papa.org site.
Ahh the soothing buzzing sound of the spa

Was also in an episode of that 70's show too

Couldn't say it any better. Whoever played though was really good. Some nice tap passes, live catches, etc.
Did someone put a magnet in the cabinet under the left flipper? That ball acts squirrely when it's around it

The buzing is the coin lock out coil on the coin door. My Flash Gordon had a similar problem...
Man such a good second ball and instantly draining on the third ball. Good game though.
She's dead, Jim.
That ball 2 was nuts!

Is that left flipper broken, fritzing out sometimes... or hey maybe the guy does it in purpose
I owned one. Slow, but fun to play.
Awesome format, and introduction.
Shame about the buzzing noise, though.
Classic Game Room's review of Future Spa is worth a look too. Fun!
The only shot on this game is the in line drop targets
Any chance of someone with audio filtering expertise being able to remove/mitigate that buzzing. It's doing my tinnitus in! ;)
This game is leaning left. I guess so you can cheat the far left kicker lane.
That coil is not annoying at all
Is someone getting a tattoo
