Just ordered a table today as suffered with sciatica and lower back pain for years. I refused the cortisone injection as i have had injections before in ankles and wrists and to no effect what so ever. Just here for some tips before i receive my table and this video was excellent and informative. Appreciate it from Scotland.

Thanks! Really informative. I have arthritis in lower back and have my own inversion table but was unsure about how long to use and how far back. Would recommend this video!

I suffer from extreme vertigo yet I find the inversion table helpful for my back. I find that closing my eyes helps me to relax. A tear in my abdominal wall has thrown off my spine. I usually wear back support to help me stand straighter. I don't wear it when I use the teeter. Overall a good and safe product.

I love the beautiful big windows, that allow so much natural light into your rooms. And those SOCKS rock!!!

I have my height set correctly with the handles in the correctly holes but my teeter keeps flinging me back up

If it's hard to tip back, shorten the height. That should do the trick, Kermit :-)

im just starting on my inversion table. How many times should I do 2-3min for? Should I do that for about 2 weeks before adding more time?

Usually I have people try 2-3 minutes the first time, and the next day I'll have them try 5-6, as long as everything is feeling good and there isn't any pain or discomfort. From there, add a few minutes each session, working you way up to 15-20 minutes total per session. Also, keep in mind that you can tip back for a few minutes, come back to horizontal (or close to it), and then tip back again. I hope that helps!
