As an autistic person this gave me newfound respect for autistic people who are significantly more symptomatic than me and or have traits that can more clearly define them as autistic. I just wish I had that respect sooner. Thank you for making this. His art looks great
His art is amazing, and that he completely does it because he loves to do it, is something artists forget about, or lose in their pursuit of money. Gregory brought his art to the public without that even entering his mind. His accomplishment and pleasure he's given to others is an inspiration that there are still artists who create for their own pleasure, getting that extra bonus of praise from others.
My little autistic heart is bursting out of my chest seeing such a raw expression of autistic joy, god, I am so happy I live in a world with other people who see things like me and feel deeply. I am so so so so happy
Gregory Blackstock does not feel like a "unique" or "special" story. autistic people get abused, put in seperate education systems that will physically restrain the students and stoke tensions by having bad policy. i can relate first-hand. they are not allowed to use whips anymore, but tackling and hurting is still a-ok, even if they are highly functioning and could be persuaded through other means. they only need to be seen as a threat.
His art is very cool and very well organized, it's admirable that he draw all of this by memory.... But also you could find any of this information on an encyclopedia...or the internet
While i liked this the title seems like clickbait. Its using his autism to get people to watch a video about this 'weird' artist. I mean the video didnt even answer its own title. I have austism as well and find this sort of freak show of different abilities gross. Just show his cool art and give his history like you would any other artist.

Thank you for this. I'm an autistic artist myself and it's cool to see what others like me create.
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it!
Delightful! I wish it was longer, would love to see more!
Thanks Jacob! I wish it were longer too as there is so much story to tell. Perhaps int he future I can expand it into a feature length doc.
I love this so much .. how cool is this art!?
I really enjoyed the style of animation! It really fit with the story being told, somehow.
Wow...Amazing! Power on buddy! 😄 💙

Sorry, I missed the bit where they claimed that Blackstock would one day replace Wikipedia. C'mon, Luis Mendoza, you've missed the point.
@vb7000 I know you can slap the moniker of "art" into....pretty much anything!! Even diagrams and infographics can be called art, as in this case
