    It’s actually a very well written and comprehensive book ruclips.net/user/postUgkxhgbP-6hUnXu_QRaoHgLztgsI0YF3HqR0 . I wanted to pair this with an updated book on local codes to start planning a post-retirement dream shop. I think I have just about everything I need between the two. The extra plans available for purchase towards the end are priced almost as much as full home plans, not little sheds however.

    It's awesome😀👍 I noticed you made it flat roof, I made a flat roof on mine and had to redo it, wasted my material it was leaking rain, so I made the triangle shape roof,I had to buy more material which was metal, so I can hear the rain falling on the top, it worked out well I built mine similar to how you build yours, I use flashing for aluminum siding,on the outside, your pup shed is beautiful thanks for sharing with us.

    • @PlumberOntheJob
      @PlumberOntheJob  3 года назад +2

      I think you can go straight up to the fence it’s about the height of the building not being more than 2.5 m and as long as it’s no more than 50% of your garden that’s the main two things you need to worry about although a Google search would come in handy to confirm

    Great pub/office. I'm in the process of building mine and have decided on using the Coastline cladding and a rubber roof as well. But I'm not sure whether to use a black fascia flatboard that would go all around the edge of the roof and then fit the rubber roof trim over that. Did you just fold the rubber excess under your edge of your roof and fit the edging trim on that? Looks like you have and it looks brill and probably cheaper than buying fascia board???
