Man... Thinline teles and metal guitars with the X series. Looks like Larry Carlton line is still here to let people access great quality guitars without selling the house to buy one. Congrats to them !
I long for the day that “great for studio/session” is a description that is taken seriously by everyone. The best sounding LP I ever heard was my mate’s Gibson LP Studio (black with gold hardware) from 1995.
Looking good! The 3 lipstick pickup guitar is listed as L5 not L3 on the sire website. Also available in tobacco sunburst. It's indeed swamp ash and I'm very tempted....
That Jazz Master, in a cool color with a dark board 🤤 That black 335 esque guitar with the gold bigsby 😩 Ima buy my first brand new guitar in my life and its gonna be a Sire and of course on Thomann
Hi follow Kris's channel and it was great to see him so extra animated with excitement about these new releases. I understand, as soon as I laid eyes on the P-90 Tele my heart raced, and what a special treat to hear him play one at the end of the video. I think I will be preordering one of those now.
I get picky with my guitar purchases (I poor) but I think almost the entire Sire line ticks boxes for me and I really wish I could have one of each! Easily may be my next but I just can’t pick, and the new line only makes it tougher to choose. Big props to every person working on those guitars from idea to amp!
Its a real shame that only around 5 seconds are dedicated to the h7f, the way how that huy shows up with the other model, he is basically saying: shut up, that s bullshit. Very respectfull 👏👏👏
ohh this sire have great prices and a fantastic level of manufacturing and colours and pick ups old style too! why buying a gibson or fender at 2 thousand bucks? ciao from italy
Finally a Sire LC guitar with a Floyd Rose bridge, but just the Special (no good reputation). Harley Benton beats them all with the specs but UNFORTUNATELY doesn't offer a Fusion III with a THIN and flat neck. 😕
The S10 kind of reminds me of his Valley Arts guitar. Kind of lost me with the X series tbh. At that point does Sire really need Larry's name on that model for it to sell? At least the other models are takes on classic guitar shapes Larry has owned or played. It just seems a little out of place to me.
Wow! Where are the reps? So, the biggest retailer in Europe turns up and basically help themselves and guess specs? Shame on you Sire/Larry Carlton Guitars!
Hey, there were people from Sire around but they were busy atm. We couldn't wait much longer (Namm is fast paced) but definitely didn't want to miss out on showing you these guitars. So we went for it together and just grabbed them. And honestly, you'll find the specs everywhere. What you can't find on spec lists is how the necks feel and mostly how they sound, so we plugged a few of them in. Cheers //Kris
Is this brand Sirr or Larry Carlton? Poor Carlton being disrespected with his name plastered on all sorts of guitars he never played. I guess he just wants the paycheck.
Sire has to lines : "Marcus Miller" for basses and "Larry Carlton" for guitars. This is not disrespect : Larry wants people to be able to buy high quality guitars without paying exorbitant price. They just extend the offer with other types of guitars.
Exactly. The Dano/Les Paul crossover proves how easy it is to create something that doesn’t come across as a cheap copy. But they still feel the need to do 99% clones, years after they are already established.

that Jazzmaster style J5 is really calling my name. So twangy and full sounding and you gotta love that silver
Squier Thinlines are very light.6.02 lbs, mine is.
Really sweet playing, thank you !
Thomann is fantastic.
Finally Sire gives us the twangy offset that that was an integral part of Larry Carlton's sound.
The LP Jr. is ALL mahogany with rosewood board. $400.00 USD ...killer guitar, even more killer is the price!!!

$459 at sweetwater, so 500 with taxes… 🤓
@@mkilner🤓🤓🤓
@@mkilnerRead again. They said the “Junior” which is the model with one pickup. It’s $399 at sweetwater 🤓
@@stuartdennis8506what a coincidence, I just bought a 95 Studio that’s black with gold hardware…..also happens to be the best LP I’ve played 😂
Oh man, I love the one with the lipstick pickups!!!!😍😍😍😍
The new offset tremolo version from sire is the L5 Larry Carlton, not the L3. The L3 has another bridge/tremolo. Hope this helps.

I really appreciate that! All of the new models felt and sounded great, as usual the Larry Carlton models are rocking it! //Kris
One of the best stands at the show, you do not need to spend heaps of money on fabulous guitars, like some of the well known brands ,.Brilliant.
There was some chatter in other vids a year ago about the neck width being too narrow for some. Has this been addressed by the factory?
Liked all of them.

Dang it! I already have two LC Sires, Would it be wrong to have two more?
I really wanted to see how the new S5 fits in the line up and how they compare to the S3 and S7, all they're new stuff looks amamzing.
That j3 is fire
Was hoping they'd pick up and show the new G5C nylon and the X10 superstrat.
Check Anderton's , they did show it.
I can’t figure out what the L5 is supposed to be… it’s bolt on… but a Nighthawk body (?) and 3 lipstick tubes. And it’s Ash and Maple…???
Please Thomann Guyz make a whole video just about the Larry Carlton J5!!! Please!!!
2:16 Don't forget the recessed bridge.
Looks like Sire are going after G&L designs now. The necks and even the tint looks very similar.
The L5 on the website has black top hat tuners. But these seem to be made of the same wood as the body.
Some very nice guitars there!!

Wooo!
Gostei demais dessas guitarras ❤
That P90 Tele 🤤
I hope that single coil is as good as my Harley Benton DC Jr 🙂
Any Left handed options?
We don't have any infos yet but I think (and hope) they make a lefty of all the models. Fingers crossed. //Kris
Thanks for the quick reply! Seems like they were pretty good about giving us lefties love in the past so hope it continues. ;)
If only Harley Benton had this paint color.
If It stays in tune, we're interested
That’s a big “if”.
If only Sire would make a DC
I would replace my T7 with Thinline variant solely because of weight
7:53 That is a clear Ibanez rip-off.

Guy /rep is a clown .
@@daviddalziel884 Man, whoever they are on the stand I would sack them! Crazy no one being there!

I'm confused. Why would you do a gear video and the rep does not know the guitars specs?
He's not a rep. Did you not get the joke? He is one of Thomann's regular demo guys.
Just wish Larry’s big signature was on the back of the guitar
The only reason I don’t own one.
So presumably you don't have a Les Paul for the same reason?
@@kingstumble I don’t lol
Good guitar for the price , if you not pro guitarist you dont need more an expensief guitar , is wast of money, its owly a guitar
Quality control is Fenders and Gibsons problem. Fix that and quit crying

You really haven't a clue.
I guess ripping off Gibson and Fender will never end...
Right? I just feel so bad for those gigantic corporations who put out product at the same price range but for lower quality. Tragic.
It's just the way how guitar can look like, then you would have hard time trying to be creative when making Classic and Acoustic guitars, and violins.
@@andresMASTERxDo you feel bad for people with no basic imagination?
@@mylogifyYou realise solid bodies can be any shape? And plenty of small brands do their own because it doesn’t cost them anything extra?
