I hope so too. The original Shrek was a huge part of my childhood. Shrek 2 was great too, but the last two films were just mediocre. Let’s hope the fifth film will be a huge improvement over the last two.
Whilst watching the full video, I expected a plot twist where Shrek accidentally gave Marvin the wrong disc due to an obvious continuity error in this animation. (Farquad died in the first movie and came back as a ghost in the Halloween spinoff.)

SML idea: The Bribery Brooklyn Guy and Simmons are in police duty when he accidentally wrecks Goodman's car who rushes to him. Brooklyn Guy runs his car back to the police station. Goodman demands his money from Brooklyn. Cheif; Brooklyn Guy's boss comes in and demands what the hell is going on and then sees Goodman. Chief awkwardly stares at him and just agrees Goodman so he can go away. Chief eventually tells Brooklyn he's afraid of Mr. Goodman cause back in the day when he was a police officer; the two were partners and he forced Chief to accept a bribe and Chief could never stand up against him. Goodman threatened him in the past if he told him; he'd find a way to get him arrested cause he has a lot of contacts. Chief either finds a way to confront Goodman somehow Maybe fit Marvin and Jeffy in the video. Or maybe Junior, Joseph and Cody (The flashback can either be done in live action or animation. Doesn't matter. Id be good if it was live action the flashback could be black and white)
