Their closest game was a handicapped match against team HAPPY. Lmfao, Froyotech are unreachable.
#volvos lack of attention and care towards making the game better to play and function while barely doing anything to grow the comp scene caused this

Xander haha good joke i used to play in tf2’s esea IM div for roughly a year placed 4th S 29 before quitting. Hell at the start of my career I had grant mentor me and teach me how to play the game at his level. I quit comp and tf2 entirely because whether you like it or not the incentives to continue to play are minimal if any you are lucky to be able to make your season fees back if you make those top 5 positions in the highest echelons of the esea divisions. Two the lack of dev support in practically every way has lead to this if I am placing in those top positions there has to be a financial reason for me to do so (if you say bs take a look at CSGO and valves support there) if I’m always losing money and unable to support my self it’s pointless to play it hence the current situation that we have with froyotechs reign. Guaranteed if we still had legitimate lans and valve support you would see the competitive spirit return because no one has the time or financial security playing this game to be able to put in the effort. Hell grant barely makes it by only earning ~45k a year mainly 2/3s of it from streaming as esea pays out jack shit and we are lucky to get one lan a year
I think most comp teams don’t take it seriously because they know they can’t dethrone froyotech, and just give up at this point, it’s like the patriots of TF2 already

16:40 The decision to stay, against the team's wishes tilted me a bit. Teammates that don't listen to the rest of their team are the worst, no matter their technical skill. That shit SERIOUSLY should not have worked, and for consistency he should have fallen back. If he had died (which is VERY likely), they would be pushed to last and their Medic would go down, the medic had already dedicated to staying alive to hold charge and await team respawn instead of sd'ing... if the med were to die after already dedicating to that decision they'd also have a late medic spawn after the rest of the team. The situation would have been FROYO pushed to their last respawning with a medic not spawned for 10-15 seconds. Demo dying there could have legitimately cost them a round. He got *lucky*.
Not to mention he tells b4nny to stfu as if he doesn't know what he's talking about because it worked. It shouldn't have worked, and was a fucking stupid decision to stay.

Official tf2 comp doesn’t allow custom configs. It’s better to play community comp anyways, such as faceit or tf2center

When a player has a bind, which makes his character respawn within the spawn, so that he doesn't have to run all the way back to the cabinet. This makes it really easy to escape when you're getting chased into spawn. Hope this was helpfull
