Also, i was previously using the Blind Shaker from Weber Workshop to resolve the clumping issue of the Smart Grinder Pro and i was happy to see the KPlus have a similar design option. It is really fast and have a nice smooth grinding experience. Their is something about the KPlus that breath quality. It is big, but it is a solid piece and it is easy to zero out and clean. The only downsize i would say could be that i have a lot of static with the grinder but i use a droplet technique (small water bottle and you spray something like 0.5g into the beans) and this solve the static issue completly. It is not enough water to harm the grinder in any way. Yeah i was saving for a Niche and the Dual Boiler then i have seen the DF-64 so i decided to opt for this one instead and have my Dual Boiler sooner ! I currently am on a pre-order list, we should be able to buy them at the end of june so maybe in august i will have it. Thanks for your anwser, have a great day !

Como te comenté en una de las conversaciones que tuvimos, yo tengo el Royal Grinder de Flair Espresso. Yo nunca había tenido un molinillo premium así que no puedo compararlo con algún otro, pero sí te puedo decir que es un molinillo con un ajuste de hasta 72 puntos distintos de molienda, lo cual pienso que es algo excelente, también te puedo decir que su molienda es uniforme y que puedes escoger entre dos diferentes tipos de rebabas (Burr en inglés) una de las cuales hace el molido menos duro pero es más tardado (más vueltas) y otro (que te lo venden aparte) que hace el molido más rápido (menos vueltas) pero que es mucho más duro. Mi referencia directa a los molinillos manuales es un Bialetti (misma marca de las cafeteras moka italianas) que en un principio me dio buen servicio, pero que ha la larga se fue deteriorando y la verdad es que salió muy chafa (manera mexicana de decir corriente). La verdad es que estoy super contento con mi molino Flair y dudo mucho que pueda compararlo con algún otro de los denominados premium (son inversiones costosas). Anteriormente usé Hario Mill pero no estaba convencido. ¿Crees que con Flair Grinder puedes usarlo para Pour-Over y Espresso?

Man, I am pulling my hair out trying to work out what grinder to get for espresso. Would you get a high end manual grinder like the Comandante or a cheap electric grinder like the Lelit Fred for example?
Get a comandante and the Red clicks Upgrade. From espresso to cold brew overall best grinder for the money. The range it is capable of is a 1000€+ electric grinders worth.
