Premiere Pro CC 18 Certification Exam Tips and Advice

Passed the exam today with a 793. Exam wasn't that hard, but highly recommend you manage your time wisely. I ran out of time, and didn't finish answering the last 3 questions on the hands-on section. Could have had a way better score, but whatever, pass is a pass. Good luck to anyone planning to take this in future!

Thank you Brendan, the past year in my video class we've been online and up until a month ago we didn't have access to premiere at home so we were using another much worse online video editing program, but with the help of your video and my own research I managed to pass with flying colors! :)

Hi there, I have one question though. You have explained things very well but can you please answer me on the following questions?
1. Do participants have to give the exam from home or requires to select the nearest center?
2. Does it require to have Adobe Premiere Pro software purchased from the creative cloud?

@ Yash M. The tests are taken at a local testing center that has Adobe Premiere Pro installed on it. Currently, the most recent exam version is Premiere Pro CC 18 12.1.2. I believe that later this year a test will be released using Premiere Pro CC 19. @Andy You could say that. Marking things on your time makes for easy reference. You can also quickly jump through markers on a timeline. This make navigating your timeline easier on a larger project.

@Nickeyz Wix A passing score on the exam is 700 or greater. The exam is scored out of a 1000.
